Pros:

Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

Rate at pickup was about $70 more than rate quoted. (This was quickly fixed.) Drop-off point was a Mazda Dealership - there wasn't any signage at all. I had to ask the sales guys if I was in the right place and, even after they pointed me to the right place, the only "signage" was a COVID notice on the door and a rug on the floor INSIDE the facility. When a customer is trying to return property you by a specific deadline, this additional stress is not a good thing.

We were pulling into the lot to pick up our rental and someone called saying there was no car available for us. However, there were tons of care in the lot. When asked about the cars, the person at the desk stated they were reserved for other customers, yet, we also had a reservation and no car was given to us. Disappointed is an understatement.

Compact SUV

KAYAK
When I got there I was informed I could not use my debit card for the rental. I had to use Avis for my trip instead. Aggravating.
