Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly. They upgraded my room because they said it would be busy and that they thought my room might be loud. I didn't even ask for that. I would stay there again, no problem.

Cons (-) My room was right next to the breakfast area. Parents were allowing their children to run up and down the halls and scream. The staff did not do anything about it. A large group of people were up until about 2 AM in the morning loud banging things and the hotel staff did not do anything about it. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn.
