Pros (+) Good location close to South Yarra train station and the main street
Cons (-) Outdated building and room, cracks on the walls in the bathroom, bed sinks in the middle, bathroom looks like it was from the 70s. Not totally safe-feeling, since at night there's no staff there, and the door to the building was wide open, so anyone could have walked right up to my room. The heating wasn't great; even after a few hours it didn't manage to heat up the room.
