Pros:The hotel is right across the street from Olympic Parc and an easy walk to the Biodome and Botanical Garden.
Cons:There aren't many good places to eat nearby, but there are several very good and affordable restaurants in the Hochelaga neighborhood which is just a mile away.

Pros:The reception desk personnel, outside pool lifeguard and our room cleaning service staff manager was the most pleasant staff to deal with.
Cons:Against my better judgement, I've let our room cleaning staff manager talk me out of commenting about our reasons for our dislikes, because she promised she would take care of the areas she was in charge of. However the hotel restaurant was another bad experience service was horrible never received the water wife ask for, my tomato juice watered down and something removed from inside the glass in front of my wife's view, the food we left approximately 2/3rd, and cost approximately $50.00 Canadian we were also their amusement that were laugh at, will never go there for anything. But at the McDonald their breakfast was great under $20.00 for two. The bar area I have not dealt with so, I can't say anything except if it's ran like their restaurant they need police their staff better and get in check with their prices.

Pros:We went for an event at Olympic Stadium and the location could not have been better. We could leave our car at the hotel and walk.
Cons:There was a band aid stuck to the counter in the bathroom when I arrived. I think it was placed there on purpose to hold the laminate counter in place (it looked like it was coming loose), but I didn't investigate further since it was gross.

Pros:Staff were excellent in assisting us with taking the Subway and showing us different touring locations to visit.
Cons:We called three times for a shuttle from the Viau Metro Station. When we complained to the front reception the woman responded " it wasn't me that took your call ". Thanks, a simple apology would have been fine.

Pros:Nice room (but word is that many of the rooms have not been renovated, and that these are a disaster). Reasonable price.
Cons:Inconvenient location. Unhelpful, barely competent staff. Single elevator for very large hotel means you either use the stairs always, or be prepared to add ten minutes to any trip to/from the lobby. Wifi did not work in our room—staff did not fix, apologize, or offer compensation.
