Pros: Loved the decor, and location. No need for car to enjoy Broadway or any downtown attraction, easy to walk back to hotel, refresh. We were lucky to be on top floor looking East, wonderful view of downtown/strip. Restaurant was good. The large smart tv was great for the 30 mins we used it for in 4 days. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC wasn't noisy like a lot of places. Bluetooth mirror in bathroom was fun to listen to music from your phone while showering etc.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was horrible, would cut out and go completely dry for a few seconds on multiple occasions, sink was the same. Sink stopper did not work, could not fill the sink. USB ports on headboard did not work, so charging devices wasn't as convenient but all in all, minor issues. For the price of the room though, I'd expect these small things to be functioning properly.

Pros: Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The staff alone made the stay worth it. The property is within 20 minute walk of just about everything downtown. I was in Capitol View area in 20 minutes; Frothy Monkey in 15; and Puckett's in 12-15 minutes.
Cons: Because of a private event on Monday, the lobby seating area was inaccessible, a minor inconvenience. Honestly, Good recommend on the Cambria. Stay here!

Pros: From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville.
Cons: The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.

Pros: Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine. Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location. Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java).
Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.

Pros: We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.

Pros: The Hutton is absolutely one of my favorite hotels. The staff, from top to bottom, are amazing and really make the experience fantastic. I stay here about once every six months and it is always consistent. This past stay was the first I booked through a third party and we were given a great room on a high floor. They could not have been more accommodating. I look forward to being back soon! Thanks

Pros: Extremely friendly, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I love the old school accommodations with turning down the bed at evening and water bottles whenever needed. The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well.
Cons: The only downfall were the few times we tried to get picked up by the shuttle. Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. A few times pick up was fast but the majority of the time we ended up having to call uber.

Cons: Our room wasn't ready to check in and wasn't going to be until 6pm. We had to check in to a smaller room. Our newspaper was not delivered. Had to call twice to get one. The service staff uses the same elevators so we were usually riding with a cleaning g or room service cart on board. After calling ahead to have the car brought around it was not ready for us and no one had even called the valet to request it for us. It had been more that 10 minutes and it was NOT busy. We were not impressed on any level. Clearly poor management. We won't stay again or recommend The Hutton. Too bad as it looked like a great place.

Pros: The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much.
Cons: I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.

Pros: Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team. She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!
Cons: Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through. We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous. It might be a best kept secret. Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting. We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A. We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.

Cons: There is currently construction on the property next to the hotel, so there is some noise on weekdays starting at 7:30. Self-parking on level 3 (level 1-2 is valet only) was only a very mild annoyance, but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

Pros: Staying in Nashville, the Hutton was in a great location on the West End. We used the free shuttle service to downtown several times and took a cab back, usually no more than $7.00. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and some good eats even closer. Valet service was excellent. Even though I could have saved a few bucks by parking myself, I never thought twice about skipping the valet during our 4 night stay. I always tipped the valet staff and they were awesome. Super restaurant, the 1808 Grille on the first floor. Reasonably priced and the quality of the food and service was fantastic. We will definitely consider the Hutton again during our next trip to Nashville.
Cons: The construction to some buildings surrounding the Hutton were a little unsightly, but we had a room on the 11th floor, so we saw above and had a view of downtown Nashville.

Cons: It’s very noisy, in 3 days we stayed, we asked 3 times to switch rooms to higher floor. There is a bar outside and you can hear music until 2am. If you ask for higher floors, there is some kind of HVAC unit on the roof and you clearly can hear it working., very loud.

Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)

Pros: booked for the distance to downtown Nashville, so very walkable, very safe; however, had we realized that the CMA had just occurred two days earlier, we probably would have booked earlier than we did and been able to find something more affordable and just as convenient.
Cons: given that we were already paying $350 for just 2 double beds, there was a $15 charge for internet service and $28 for parking (or $32 for valet parking). We parked at an outdoor lot just down the street and so saved $8 a day; the room was not very spacious and just had one chair to sit in other than the two double beds.

Pros: The hotel recently underwent a 25 million dollar renovation and it was impressive! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city!
Cons: With such a massive renovation, I would expect fabulous bathrooms. And they were not. At all. The worst part of our stay was having to pay $30 to park our car on top of the $240 we paid for the room. That alone is enough to make me hose another hotel next time I stay in downtown Nashville!

Cons: When I arrived the staff could not find my reservation and were unwilling to make any attempt to locate it... Told me to call and fix it. Hotel was under construction so be prepared to dodge boxes in the hallways. Construction workers started work about 8am so don't think about sleeping in a bit. Room was ok, but toilet had not been cleaned. Hotel is non-smoking but you have to walk thru 3-4 people out front smoking by the door.

One day when we came back from our hotel all our trash had been taken out of the trash cans and left on the tables next to our stuff. Staff was also very loud in the hallways talking back and forth across rooms while cleaning during the morning hours.

Cons: The linen on bed had human hair in it which I pulled out. I went to the front desk to request more sheets. While I was changing the bed, I discovered that the mattress pad was filled with long hair. I did not bother to go back to the desk. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I just used the new linen. There was also a empty soda bottle in the dresser drawer and 3 bottles of beer in the refrigerator. ( I presuming from the last guests). I'm usually not a picky customer but,I am giving up on Marriott. This is the second time I have been placed in a room that was very clean. (The first was in NYC). Thank you for allowing me to share.

Cons: Never would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone! The pictures prior to booking the hotel are very misleading. The entire place is under construction which I was never told about, even when I called two days before arriving. Upon arrival the staff seemed annoyed and rude. When we got to the room, it was very tiny with small cockroaches in the tub and others around the toilet. We immediately went down to the front desk, asked for a manager, which was not there, explained our issues and all she said was "well you have an outside facing room and you have already entered the room." When I said I would be leaving, not paying the $475 or the $200 cancellation fee she responded with "that is our policy". When we came back down to the lobby with our luggage, the valet driver lost our keys. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Rather treated a 50 year old mother and my 24 year old daughter as children. Mandatory $30 valet parking. No mention of that at booking. No free breakfast like other Courtyards. Ended up costing may more than if we had stayed at Hi,ton Garden inn or Marriott. I will NEVER go back to this hotel. My daughter is entering a doctorate program at Vandy for the next 5 years. Cons: i hate to "complain" about the shuttle, b/c it was free... but on weekends, i would suggest an airport dedicated shuttle + 2 that rotated with downtown trips. it was less than ideal to have to call for a cab after a ~20 minute wait for the shuttle, b/c a bachelorette party couldn't squeeze in for 2 more people, and it'd be 30 minutes before it'd be back. on the occasions we opted for a cab, the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating in calling one for us.

Pros: Proximity to downtown Nashville and hockey
Cons: Needs a major update on appearance. Rooms were poorly cleaned, toilet took multiple flushes just to get TP to go down, vending machines only had beverages and shuttle service limited due to a call-off so we had to drive downtown and park on Saturday night.

Cons: The staff were horrid. The hotel is filthy it smells. No carts for luggage no service no help. Disgusting. One of the worst stays of my life.

Pros: I like the convenience of the hotel, the shuttle helped out a lot. The room was ok. I was expecting it to be really dirty and not updated due to the reviews, but it was ok. bathroom was not updated, housekeeping didn't make up our room after the first night. I even called front desk to tell them and they said they would notify housekeeping, but no one ever showed to make up room.

Pros: Free shuttle downtown every 30 minutes
Cons: Toilet was visibly not cleaned, blanket on bed looked like it had orange juice spilled on it. I called the front desk immediately upon check in and they said they could send up housekeeping "soon". I explained we were in a rush and they responded with no sense of urgency. They front desk actually said cant you just get ready anyway if the toilet isn't clean. I explained my concern was what was actually cleaned in the room if you could tell from the surface that somethings were dirty. I had to find a manager to get service, he did respond promptly.

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: The bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting. Hairs on the soap dish and shower walls. There was BLOOD (about the size of a bald dollar) on the tub. Utterly repulsive.

Pros: The price was reasonable and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Transportation to and from the airport much appreciated. Restaurant decent for breakfast. Bar okay.
Cons: Location, location, location: The hotel is a bit out of the way, which we felt because we did not want to rent a car. It is a bit "long in the tooth". One of the reasons we went there was for the swimming pool, since Nashville gets really hot early in May. When we got there (90 degrees), we were informed the pool is not available until the Memorial Day weekend. We would have stayed closer in if we had known. Internet free but very spotty. The reservations had trouble getting in straight. Kayak was fine.

Pros: The room was excellent as was the staff so nice and freindly as well as the shuttle service they offers to and from the CMA festival. The people driving the shuttles were great fun and playful. The resturants inside the hotel were good too and the view from the hotel of the city skyline was a pleasant surprise

Cons: The front desk had my information wrong and the wrong dates for my stay. When pointed out they were rude and a first refused to change them. Luckily I had my confirmation email. The bathroom was first as well.

Pros: Front desk staff were friendly. Free parking and shuttle to town, though the frequency was longer than the stated every half hr. We only had one meal in the restaurant late at night and the wait staff was not sufficient but were friendly and the food was good.
Cons: The hotel charged me an extra $46.30 mystery charge at 3:30 in the morning on top of the $50 hold. Went to the front desk the next morning to inquire what it was for and she said it was a mistake and she removed it but 3 days later it is still pending. The Big complaint is the water. In the mornings and at night there is no hot water, so you can't shower unless you like cold showers. Plus the water pressure must be 200 psi and the tubs drain can't handle the massive flow. If you you took an extended shower the rising 6"s of water in the shower gave me the feeling it would overflow the tub. The crazy water flow is very waste full of their limited hot water supply. Lastly, the elevator takes forever to come to the floor to go down, so be prepared to wait and wait.

Pros: We've stayed at the Maxwell House several times and we've had a great experience every time. The rooms were clean and the staff excellent. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere and it's a $10 cab ride back from Broadway.

Pros: Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant wasn't too pricey!! Food was great too! One of the maids was also extremely polite to us getting us more than enough fresh towels when we asked and offered us plenty of other things. Second time I've stayed here and I know I'll stay here again in the future when I come back to Nashville!!
Cons: My only problem was our shower sprayed everywhere (outside of the tub) and got water onto the floor and outside the bathroom. Apparently started to leak into the room underneath us so while my friend was showering, a maintenance man came to our room and yelled at me. Basically saying, "how is your friend showering, because if it's pointed to the wall that will leak." To which my response was, "well shouldn't it not be leaking?" He was very rude and then he disappeared and I have not heard from him the rest of my stay.
