Pros:

Enterprise took the time to explain how their policies worked in France regarding the initial deposit and eventual refund. In addition, they gave a great overview of the car the morning of our rental so there was no question where things like the spare tire, jack were. All in all, very good experience.

Cons:

Nothing.

Cons:

We reserved an Opel vivero or similar and they wanted to give us a station wagoner ,so they cancel the reservation and asked us to pay twice more; and we lost three hours of our journey.
