Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews indicate significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's service, citing slow check-in, inattentive or unhelpful staff, and extra charges for amenities that should be included. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Many felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the high prices charged, especially considering the quality of the facilities and the number of additional fees. While there were some positive remarks about the size of rooms and spa facilities, overall, guests were disappointed with their experience.
