Pros:

Location was good for pickup and dropoff

Cons:

The car had built in GPS with touch screen but the budget car rental rep gladly sold me GPS charging for it. They gave me a toddler seat for my 9 month baby and had nothing else.

Azeem the agent and the manager , Nav, were very nice and helpful. I have travelled all over the world, and this was the fastest pickup, cleanest car and I loved that it was paperless. Rent from them at Shepherd’s Bush in London. You will for once leave a car rental place in a good mood!

The staff at the pickup location. The car.

Cons:

The customer service, both phone and email (never received a response). The drop-off at a different location was painful. Adding a driver was also painful since there was no Sixt in Liverpool, as I was told there was.

The back hatch was previously damaged and would not open normally. We had to jump on the bumper or drive over a curb to open it.

Pros:

My rental experience with Sixt was very easy. I was able to pick up the car from a convenient location in West London, without having to pay more for this convenience (other car rental companies charge more for pick up in the city). Upon pickup I was given a free upgrade yo an Audi A6 wagon (R series). The car was very nice and comfortable! Upon return to London, drop off took no more than 3 minutes.

Drop off was excellent. Pick up was the complete opposite. Long line with only one agent, car was not ready and needed cleaning, not easy when the weather is cold and wet and you have young kids. The car itself was small but fine and ran well.

Have never had a better experience with a rental car staffer! He was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. This experience alone makes me want to book with Sixt again!
