The bar area was nicer than most Hyatt House hotels I e stayed at. The whole wall opens up to fire pits next to the pool. Cool area to hang out with friends and have cocktails.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. That’s it!!

Cons (-) The front desk has zero clue what’s going on. The check in process was horrible. We tried checking in 3 hours early and they charge $30 more to check in early. We agreed to pay it which was ridiculous if our room was ready. After we waited 30 Min we were told that there wasn’t a room ready. The pool didn’t have any towels, we waited 45 min and still nothing. The shower had zero pressure and was ha...

Pros (+) The bed was so comfy and the pillows too. The amenities were nice and clean. It was quiet. By proximity alone it was worth staying here to by pass the crazy Orlando traffic. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Orlando we will stay again. The breakfast buffet was grand and so nice to have to not worry about what to eat when you wake. Great job Hyatt, I’m looking forward to trying...

Cons (-) The water pressure in the shower was a bit slow but it’s probably due to the eco shower head but that’s it. It was a fantastic place to stay!
