Pros (+) Clean rooms as would be expected from a Hampton Rooms were too small for roomrate expected
Cons (-) Some staff members attitudes were a bit condescending. I understand this isn't a Hilton Hotel and a brand offshoot but Hilton have a very strict points system which the management company have to stick to. With staff training being a major factor, staff must be aware at all times how they react to certain situations, this will determaine what the consumer views the hotel as.
