First the pickup location was 15 min away from the airport which was not clear when making the reservation. It was also not made clear that the shuttle would be dependent on our pickup time so we sat at the shuttle pickup for an hour before calling Green Motion and then waited another 30 min for the shuttle and then took almost 20 min to reach their location. We ended up being switched to an earlier flight so we were an hour an a half early for our 7pm pickup. They were willing to move the pickup up an hour but made us sit there and wait 17 min literally watching the clock in order to pickup the car that was sitting right outside. They said if we wanted it early we would have to pay an additional amount that was 2.5x what we had already paid even though our rental was only for 19 hours to begin with they wanted to charge us for 2 additional days, for 17 min. The man who checked us in was pretty unfriendly and uncommunicative. They were nicer when we returned the car and the shuttle drivers were nice but this also ate up an extra hour of our day because of the distance from the airport. All in all we spent an extra 3.5-4 hours to save $20 vs picking a car up from a company at or closer to the airport. If we knew that we never would have chosen this company.

Had to take a taxi to the remote location (25 euros) where we found customer service agents shouting at customers. Opted to NOT follow through with renting from them after taking with another distressed customer in-person. Filmed a bit of what was happening and then my partner and I walk to the nearest (sketchy) bus stop. Soon after the manger (I can only assume because he wasn't wearing any official outfit) confronted us and threaten to call the cops because "filming us is illegal." Being in a foreign country and having this happening is extraordinarily stressful and incredibly unprofessional. So much so that just writing this and remembering what happened is stressing me out because it was legitimately traumatizing. I recorded this interaction on my phone in its entirety and will be posting it to warn others. We felt SO unsafe that we quickly ran across the 4-lane highway and flagged down a another taxi (30 additional euros) to get back to the airport... where we were worried for our lives because we didn't know if Green Motion's Manager was going to call a hit on us or bribe local police or something.
