The experience of pick up is quite good. No waiting in line. But as usual, the rental insurance was a bit of pressure. The agent did not allow me to take the car unless I showed the print out of the insurance coverage from my credit card. He didn’t accept the car rental insurance coverage of my American Express online. But anyway, for the peace of mind, I bought the full cover insurance. The car is quite good, but it’s not clean. The return was OK. There was a lot of people in the waiting area to pick up the car and waiting for the shuttle bus because it’s raining. The shuttle bus to the airport took a while to come. My experience is that it’s cheaper than other car rental and it is quite OK

My appointment was scheduled for 10pm. I showed up around 10:20 PM, because my husband’s checked bag was on the plane after us. I assumed this wouldn’t be an issue, since normally the process of renting a car takes some time. When I showed up, I was told that the staff left at 10pm. They didn’t bother calling us to tell us. Apparently, they ONLY call you if you include your flight number on the reservation. When I showed up the next morning to get the car, mind you the entire reservation was paid for in advance, I was told the car was given away. I then had to pay an extra $400 for a different car. I asked for a refund for the first reservation, but nothing was given to me.

Agents used sales pressure and up sales tactics to earn more on their commissions. They try to charge us extra unnecessary fees twice, and I had to confront agent about his trickery on two occasions. I would never rent another vehicle from this company or recommended.

I paid for my rental on your site. I got to the pick up location and i had to pay an extra approx. 100 pounds in order to rent the vehicle .... so the total your site gave me was not in fact the total.

I wasn't given a car as Sixt wouldn't accept my temporary license. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful - he checked all the other agencies and took me to one that accepted my license - I had to pay £200 more than the rental I'd booked with you. I did appreciate that my original rental was refunded immediately.
