Cons (-) Wifi did not work both nights I stayed. Dog barked all night, kids screaming from the pool, could hear everything from the ceiling and the walls. The comforter was stained and had burn holes. I will not be returning and do no understand why booking.com has this rated as a 4 star. Very misleading! Had the owner given me a choice to cancel without penalties I would have. But he was too busy yelling ...

Pros (+) Pretty much nothing. The location is OK, fairly close to Lake Worth Downtown. One of the cheaper places in the area, but certainly still pricey, and no excuse for the experience, which was the worst.
Cons (-) Dirty room, unfinished room, Transient Long-Term occupants that are out of their rooms milling around the complex constantly. My front door had a metal grill on it that was covered with a plastic bag so all the people outside were loud, super dirty room, guests (or transients) kept knocking on the door and yelling through the plastic bag on the door, and on and on, until we found a bed bug...
