The staff received many compliments for being friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made stays more pleasant. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Breakfast options were also seen as limited or disappointing by some. Room sizes varied, with some guests finding them spacious and others too small or cramped. Overall, the positive aspects were the excellent location and attentive service, though improvements in cleanliness and breakfast variety are needed.
