Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for events, sightseeing, and access to public transport. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and found the breakfast offerings to be satisfying. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, including unhelpful or inefficient staff and problems with check-in or promised amenities. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with mentions of stained carpets, dirty mirrors, and occasional lapses in room upkeep. Overall, while the location and room size stood out positively, improvements in service and cleanliness would enhance the guest experience.
