Pros (+) Location, facilities especially after the remodeling. Breakfast and desk staff were very professional & kind.
Cons (-) Didn't get housekeeping service on the first day. No advance notice, no voicemail, no letter, nothing. When we called down to the desk, the person that night just said, sorry, we didn't have enough housekeeper today. ??? What?? It's weird. So we just asked for new towels and sleep in a messy room. Still we paid full price, though.
