Pros (+) Room was disgusting. Bed wasn’t even made. Tow nail clippings found on floor. Stains in the carpet. Smell was unbearable.

Pros (+) The hotel was located in a great spot for us as we were traveling through. The hotel was clean and neat and staff was very friendly. Wed stay here again.

On the evening we checked in there was only one girl in the dining room and one in the bar. They could not handle the people that were there. Cons (-) Was unable to earn Hilton Points due to booking on Kayak. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for over 18 years and was even a Diamond VIP member for several years. I always search out a Hilton property whenever and wherever I travel. That being said, I will look elsewhere based on price and value if there is no benefit for staying loyal to Hilton regardless of how my reservation was booked.

Cons (-) We were in a first floor handicap room (I think it was room 183), and the plumbing made noise all night. Sounded like the pipes were loose and they banged in side the wall

Pros (+) People were very helpful and friendly. The receptionist had a regular customer that got awesome service and they treated me the same! Stayed in a king room and it was really nice and homey.
