Pros (+) What a wonderful surprise! We booked this room last minute, and the pictures do it no justice. It is clean, quaint and comfortable. It was in the perfect distance from the wedding we were attending at Samoset Resort. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was just like staying at a friend's home. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) I didn't like how they charged my card in full prior to my arrival. Most establishments use the card as a hold, and may even charge a percentage. This was disappointing, as I was splitting the room cost with my cousin, and she was going to pay her portion in cash there.

Pros (+) Great mid coast location. Comfortable room with coffee and small fridge. Excellent value. Served a basic breakfast starting at 7:30a, a little late, but a short walk to Fog Lifter provides coffee at 6a, and nice breakfast option at 3 Dogs Cafe starting at 7a. Nice short walk to Rockport Habor, a little more ambitious walk into Camden, but all doable. Will definitely look to stay there again.
