It was a dump. Trash and debris littered the grounds, the room was dirty and falling apart.
Pros (+) Pretty close to convention center 5 minute uber ride. Cold AC.
Cons (-) Homeless people next to hotel, semi trucks driving past hotel, our door to enter and exit our room was 5 feet from a busy street, paper thin pillows, rock hard bed, and thin walls... It felt like the guest above us were in our room.
Pros (+) Room was nice, Denny's and McDonalds nearby.
Cons (-) Very noisy. Not in a great neighborhood.
Pros (+) Location is great just off I 5, very close to downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Very well lit up at night for a better feeling of safety.
Cons (-) Room smelled a little musty. Although there are a lot of homeless people in the area, none really bothered us.
