Pros (+) The room was great, very confortable with a changing room. The location is very nice, though is over a hill top so when you come back from Union Square you have to walk upwards, but this is San Franci...
Cons (-) The breakfast was very poor, and the staff in general didn't provide much help, even one clerk fail to give simple directions.
