Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The pool was also a highlight for several guests. However, many reviews noted significant issues with service, including rude or absent staff, poor communication, and problems with room cleaning and amenities. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms and lack of basic toiletries. Some guests also mentioned uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location and pool were appreciated, service and cleanliness need improvement.

Pros (+) Cancelled my reservation without comunicating it with me. I've been traveling for over 15 years and this was the fist time this has ever happened. Most irresponsible booking ever.
