A city map in the car would have been helpful. Reception young lady was friendly and helpful. We have not seen final invoice to see whether gas has been credited back? Great little car, good gas mileage and performed well.

Even with reservation, process to pick up takes a long time. So even though not many people in line, took 30 minutes to get to counter. Drop off though was very easy.

Had to cancel. I needed to change my reservation and no one answered the phone for 3 days. There was no way to change the reservation on-line. So I cancelled and went with a different company

Location was right next to the train and bus station. Glad the car came with built in GPS as San Sebastián is not easy to drive around in. Rental staff very helpful and speak English too.

I was impressed by the friendly and professional attitude of the AVIS staff at both pickup and drop off They were very enjoyable to work with. It was the best car rental experience I have ever had.
