Pros (+) Right across the street from the beach? Boardwalk and peir.
Cons (-) Super small rooms. Might be fine for 2 people but beyond 2 there is not enough room to mive around or even sit down. I usually stay at the dream inn which has much larger rooms. They cost more too though. To me its worth the added cost.
