Staff attempted to place us in a less expensive Parador stating that it was what Kayak had contracted. I showed them Kayka's e mail and stood my ground and staff relented.
Although difficult to find in the old town, the hotel was in excellent location to see the town.
Splendid accommodations, large room, good amenities (including water pressure) in a historic setting, great location in the heart of the town.
The concierge was very nice and helpful. The restaurant staff could not be described as warm and welcoming, and the "special dinner" of regional dishes was served in a very matter-of-fact fashion with no explanation, or interest on the part of the servers. Frankly, if I am fortunate enough to return to this town, I will dine elsewhere.
the elegance of everything
the buffet breakfast was very expensive so i just had pastry and coffee
Beautiful hotel. Very helpfull staff. Great Location. Well worth the money.
The building and setting were wonderful and the room and bathroom were spotless and extremely comfortable.
The waitress who was running the breakfast service was abrupt and unhelpful. The ladies who served dinner were pleasant as was the gentleman on reception. The food was served up too quickly with only a couple of minutes between courses but this is probably quite usual in Spain.
It was everything one would expect from a Parador
Signs directing one to the hotel are almost non existent leading to having to criss cross the village through very narrow sreets until it is found.
very pleasant room staff very pleasant if a little cool. lovely village

Superb location in the centre of the medieval town. Good and convenient parking. Lovely old building, beautifully converted and furnished. Comfortable beds. Luxury bathroom fittings, with multi-outlet shower cubicle.
Bathroom water was tepid at best when we arrived mid-afternoon, and barely that at 7.30 the next morning. Desk clerk accepted that this had been the case, but did not apparently deem it worth an apology! Breakfast at 17 euros a head was very expensive for what it was - have had better in Spain at a third of the price..
Location, Parking availability. Room was of adequate size. Asked and received balcony.
Breakfast was mediocre
The building is very nice but the decoration of the rooms is too plain, you could hear the Tv of the room next door at night
