Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room decor and architecture just makes me happy, every single time I open the door. Lobby decor equally wonderful, from lipstick-colored seating to happy fireplace to weirdly wonderful video wall (and watching how visitors interact with it - so fun) to crystal front desk chandelier to the unique flooring; last but definitely not least -- the bronze dog greeter sculpture. You can't not smile. The property is just darling, all the way around. Location is central to about everything with a short walk, bus, or other carrier. Gated, on-site parking always a bonus in Seattle.
Cons: Both of my 2 Queen beds were out of shape (and really tough to sleep on) nearest the middle lamp/nightstand -- while the outside edge was fine. Let's start a monthly rotation schedule, shall we? And, the daily $10 food and drink credit is pretty weak. Why would a Long Island Iced Tea cost $25 in house, unless of course you are "crediting me" a daily $10? Once. The place up the street only charged me $12 so it's not a market price thing. Weak.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: located very close to Climate pledge arena, was able to easily walk to the hockey game. Low traffic area so no issues with loudness from the streets, close walk to full grocery store.
Cons: One of our beds mattress was done, needed replacement Our bad, we never complained about it.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bright and clean
Cons: The coffee bar was closed most days during our visit. We were told their was not enough staff. Sometimes a sign said staff on a break
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was fantastic from initial booking through stay. Communication was a lesson in customer service. Excellence at its finest. Easy location to access all neighborhoods.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely clean. Very nice.
Cons: Homeless guy on drugs tried to attack us as we were checking in. Police intervened.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The room was fabulous. 2 queen ADA room with huge bathroom was why I booked. Fantastic beds, lots of room, clean. Great location.
Cons: $45 for parking. Not enough ADA parking. Two parking spots next to ADA ramp could have easily been turned into ADA Van access to help with issue. They charge a $28 amenity fee on top of room fee so NOT free wi-fi, water in room, coffee, even cookies.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean. The staff was wonderful and the location was on point
Cons: The smoke alarm right above the bed flashing green lights .. hard to sleep
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great lobby and so close to the ballet, opera and theater!
Cons: A tiny night light in the bathroom would have prevented my bumping my head!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Overall cleanliness and people were fabulous, I will definitely stay again and refer all friends and family to this hotel.
Cons: The restaurant needed choices for breakfast and lunch, dinner.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Bed + bedding
Cons: Staff seemed confused and clearly training is needed! Restaurant, Cafe + bar not operational! A BIG negative!! Cheap purified water, rather than spring water! No healthy snacks!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Just a really different place but very nice.
Cons: Parking was VERY high and didn't expect that..
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The bar and cafe were closed because of Covid. I think the experience could have been 5 stars all around of it weren't for that.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cute hotel close to attractions and public transportation. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Appreciated the hot coffee and cookies at the front desk and the $10 comp. Our room was spacious and cute with all the pineapples themed things in the room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It's beautiful! Location was perfect. Our view of the space needle was amazing.
Cons: We had to ask for our towels to be replaced. No one told us we had to request it ahead of time. Most hotels clean the guests room each day this one did not. Also no one mentioned the extra fees and taxes for the "free" amenities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel had the most comfortable beds from any hotel I've stayed at previously! The decor of the hotel was also very attractive, the staff was great and helpful. My kids loved the indoor pool. It's proximity to the space needle was a major plus!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Many good restaurants within walking distance.
Mediocre 2.0
Dont be fooled by the low price, when you check in they will charge u for like 30$ for amenities. Moreover if you want to park your car in their parking garage, they will charge you additional 37$. As for the amenities, you would not maximized it given the pandemic. And for the parking, its too much of a fee given that parking should already been an automatic service for hotels. Its a good hotel but just consider these things before you book.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the decor was eccentric.
Cons: The hardwood floors were a horrible design flaw. At night we could hear the people above us walking around. Same with the mornings. It reminded me of living in an apartment.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: $37 per day parking. $24.95 for in-room water and coffee whether or not you use them. What next are you going to be charged for?
Good 7.0
Cons: The bed was not made, on purpose! Complex instruction giving on how to use very unusual bedding. Never could figure it out. Was not happy having a large facilities fee added at time of checkout. Don't want surprise upcharges at the end of a stay.
Excellent 8.5
Room had all the amenities we needed. Well- maintained. Comfy bed and plenty of lofty towels. The rooms are so cute and spacious. Everything is pineapple themed. It was within a short walk of the Space Needle and Seattle Center and free tram to Pike Street Market. We went to watch a couple of baseball games and field was a short Uber ride from the hotel. The staff was completely amazing. Great hotel with lots of personality. Will definitely stay here again
Excellent 8.5
We came to Seattle for a Perl Jam concert, but wanted to stay away from the tourist-congested areas. This was a perfect location, away from the busy streets but a walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and MoPOP. They have a shuttle you can take at various times to various locations or you can borrow one of the hotel bikes (no extra charge) to explore the city on your own! The most comfortable beds and TVs with internet streaming feature, so you can play Netflix, HBO Go, Showtime or any other app from your phone. We loved it!
Excellent 8.5
My stay at The Maxwell was nice one - It's a great location to the Space Needle, the Museum of Pop Culture and Bite of Seattle. The highlights were location, comfortable beds, hardwood floors (I hate walking on carpet in hotel rooms) and the shower was roomy and strong. The only drawback and I'm sure it's being worked out was the newly opened bar/restaurant. When sitting at the bar, you can't see the televisions because of the art piece that hangs in front of it - The drinks and food were solid though.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Watch out for the undisclosed $20 fee.
Cons: Watch out for the supposed resort fee of $20. Ripoff.
Excellent 10.0
Very clean and cute hotel. Walking distance (minutes) to the Space Needle, Chihuly, MoPOP, and other attractions. Shuttle makes it really easy to visit the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, etc. Loved the coffee and cupcakes in the afternoon! The coffee/snack shop had great pick me up breakfast items as well as sandwiches and salads. The new bar area opened up the Saturday before we left, unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of it but it looked really nice. Popcorn and coffee in the room were nice additions. Parking was easy in the garage. If you have a car or don't mind Uber, I recommend visiting other neighborhoods such as Ballard and Fremont, so many great restaurants and bars and not all the tourists. Also a trip to Mt. Rainier is a must. I did find the hotel to be a little expensive, maybe if the amenity fee was not tacked on it would not be as bad, but then when looking for places seems all the hotels, even AirBnB's were expensive if you wanted anything in the downtown/attraction area.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: Requested late check in. Room was not even available until well after regular check in time. Staff forgot to reserve shuttle for us even though they told us the did.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The onsite parking was very convenient.
Cons: The most disappointing part of our stay was the hotel shuttle. We took our kids to the zoo using the shuttle. The front desk told us to call one hour before pick up. When we did, and were told the shuttle was booked for the rest of the night?! Stranded!
Good 7.0
Pros: Location/staff
Cons: Parking is a nightmare unless you have a compact car, no matter what, doors will hit each other, if you can squeeze out of your car. We had to change rooms after midnight, due to loud buzzing that woke us up. Maintenance apologized and moved us promptly
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view
Cons: The said they have a restaurant on property but it has been closed for a months.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was perfectly located since my holiday party was at the Museum of Pop Culture. The room was big and clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing really, I have no real complaints. May have some facial wash since your shower already offers shampoo/conditioner and body wash..
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Ambience Staff were excellent - listened and helped Family room was designed for families with microwave and fridge for milk etc (not just a bigger room) Location Shuttle
Cons: Pool was cold (air) and a touch small Pizza restaurant was pricey and service was friendly but not very functional - had to ask for tools to eat with twice Parking cost (a Seattle problem)
Okay 5.0
Pros: Convenient location, adequate parking
Cons: Maintenance, shower flow and sink drainage, staff was not accommodating
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff: rude HouseKeeping: room wasn't ready, had to wait over an hour past check-in for it to be ready. Asked for extra towels/pillows - after 6 hrs we went to front desk and got them. Wood floor: slippery. No tub in room: HUGE inconvenience (small kid
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell. We really enjoyed its location in Queen Anne in which it was pretty easy to get to just about everything else in Seattle. Close to a lot of bus routes. You can even see the Space Needle as soon as you step out. I know they offered a shuttle service, but I really enjoy experiencing a city first hand. A lot of nice hole in the wall spots to eat & drink, nearby. Funky little hotel & friendly staff. Had a small pool in the basement & a fitness room. Restaurant in the lobby. No complaints, I would stay here again...
Cons: It's not really a complaint, but the comforter was different than what I'm use to. It would actually fall off of me while I sleep.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: We stayed at the maxwell this valentine weekend. The hotel is very clean and nice. We have stayed in much more expensive but this could keep up with them all. Hotel employees were very nice.
Cons: I would give this hotel a five star but after i left i noticed a $27.40 charge. I called and they said it was because i took the stuffed animal that is on the bed. They said i was notified of the "adoption fee" at checkout. I was NEVER notified. I am a little grossed out to think how many people slept with the stuffed animal before i took it (a little creepy) and to think i paid $30 for a $5 toy. A very nice hotel that ruined my opinion for $30. I was even trying to get my parents to go there soon!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beds were terrific- loved the individual down comforters. Bravo! The room was decorated nicely and the space was huge. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable. Loved the Tommy Bahama dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel
Cons: Our shower was large, angled, and modern with no door/ curtain. The water sprayed into the bathroom possibly causing a hazard with the mess. The pillows were VERY hard. Lastly, we thought it was very strange that the room had a teeny tiny ironing board that was 3 inches tall. Not helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we checked in I loved this place. Free parking, good location and a very friendly, comfortable place. Decor was different but comfortable. Even when I looked out the window and four people were standing right below window I could barely hear them talking. I'm even considering a staycation here this summer to explore parts of Seattle I've never been to.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We went to Seattle for a quick weekend and the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the Space Needle where there is the monorail you can take straight to the mall (roundtrip ticket is $4) and walk down to pike market. The hotel offers a shuttle but it was nice to walk a little bit and see everything on the way. Nice rooms and yummy pizza place/bar connected to lobby.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: very friendly staff very cozy bed really fun interior
Cons: no bathtub

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was awesome! Comfortable bed, pillows, and towels.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Not enough choices on menu Pricey for the quality of food
Cons: The reception from the staff inside the hotel was unfriendly Upon entering the hotel
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was very convenient for walking to Pike Place and there was plenty of great food around. The staff that checked me in was very kind and accomodating. I LOVED my time in the bath and appreciated the bath salts they provided
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect view! Clean and comfortable!
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful property in the city, but in a quiet corner. The rooms are immaculate, large, beautifully decorated in such a calming way. I love all the natural wood tones, the GIANT windows and of course the view of the space needle. The bathroom opens up to the bedroom with an option to soak in the tub while gazing at the city lights and space needle.
Cons: Honestly, I can't think of a thing that could have been better. The only thing I can think of would maybe be a fan in the bathroom, but even without the fan there didn't seem to be moisture issues so they must have something like HRV working.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was lovely and the bath was great! The view of the space needle was very nice. I also loved the slippers that were provided for walking through the room.
Cons: Paying so much for the hotel and then paying so much for parking seemed a bit silly. In my experience with other hotels that didn't have this high of a rate, they had complementary valet or parking that didn't cost so much. I understand that there may be high fees to accommodate for other variables though.
Poor 1.0
Pros: none
Cons: (staff) worst experience ever.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was beautiful and had everything in the room that we could have possibly needed.
Cons: n/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff especially hotel employees were amazing. Room was beautiful
Excellent 10.0
I had a three day stay at Pan Pacific Seattle. The staff is very helpful, from luggage to room service. The restaurant and bar is excellent as well. The neighborhood location is perfect, not in the downtown area, but a short walk to many o the popular attractions.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room was too hot the whole stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Space Needle view room was very well appointed and a great size for a couple. Good view. Quiet. Convenient to south lake union / denny / amazon area.
Cons: No major complaints. The shower had a poor design which made it easy for water to leak on the floor. But avoidable if you recognized it. The hotel isn't huge so doesn't have a lot of extra amenities like a pool, etc.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms are a nice size and the soaking tub is a major plus!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was great--good view and the soaking tub was perfect! Staff were friendly, super helpful answering questions, making suggestions, and providing paper plates and utensils for our takeout.
Cons: Nope
Good 6.0
Pros: The balcony was nice
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a nice view of the city from our room. It was nice to take a bath and look out at the lights,or at least my kid enjoyed it. The staff was amazingly accommodating and went above & beyond to help me when I lost my parking tag. Location was great.
Cons: Paying for parking- but you pay for parking everywhere.
Excellent 8.8
Stayed in a studio room with balcony. It’s very spacious and comfortable, valet and front desk service is very good.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Valet parking is expensive and self park is far
Good 7.0
Pros: Location in city
Cons: Overpriced. Would not allow one hour late check out.
Excellent 10.0
Family and I flew into Seattle for an Alaska cruise but we were a day ahead of the schedule departure so we used the free day to explore. I first had second thoughts as we rode through downtown to get to our destination, but as we unloaded our luggage we knew we were waay too early to check-in. Staff greeted us at the door made our way to the counter where we were told they would hold our luggage for us and would call us when the room was ready, now I’m liking this already. So off we go walking to Pike Place Market then space needle and glass museum. Back to the hotel room was ready extremely clean and everything in order. Staff very courteous and definitely have people skill. Lobby has nice seating area and a restaurant inside. Didn’t use the restaurant cause we were stuff at the nearby cafes as we explored. The hotel is perfectly located as it is within walking distance of everything I previously said we did ie Pike’s Place, Space Needle, and glass Museum and the kicker it has a Whole Foods Market at the base of the hotel building and the coup de gras for me humidor literally steps away from the front door, now I’m happy My recommendation is the curtains do not cover the windows fully so Sunlight does come in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding service and cleanliness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful interior and bar. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom and window view were fantastic and the hotel is close and central to a lot of activities that Seattle has to offer! Very happy with my stay!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: My only complaint is that we paid $90 for the shared parking garage the few days we stayed. For $300+/night, they can afford to validate parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rare to see anymore.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were in Seattle for two days and the entire experience but especially the free car service was amazing. They gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a card signed by all their staff to congratulate us on our anniversary. Super impressed!!! would stay here again without hesitation! Theres a fitness Center and a hot tub!! Five stars!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was absolutely the best! And, the accommodations were wonderful.
Cons: The signage about the entrance was lacking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. They even offer a free shuttle via Lincoln Town Car to anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel. My room was nice. The bathroom had a large sunken tub with wooden privacy panels that opened to rest of room. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific. I have paid more for lesser quality hotels in Seattle. I will definitely be returning to Pan Pacific. The hotel also has a beautiful spa facilities but I didn't get a chance to indulge as I was only there one day for business.

Okay 4.0
Pros: bed was comfy, clean room,
Cons: First... This is a home, not a mansion, little or no sign at property, Bacon is NOT served on the property! Owner is not very friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the breakfast and the service by Grace and the owner Daryl was wonderful. You had such nice choices for breakfast and the fruit was super fresh and the coffee was perfect and homemade muffins! The location was excellent and you had access to public transportation, so you could park your car and take the bus or Uber to downtown Seattle. Also it was within walking distance of some nice places to eat if you didn'twant to go far. Lastly since it is an old home it had all those creaky stairs like my Grandma's old house which I love.
Cons: I think the only issue I had was the way the front door had to be opened with the key. I finally got it but it was tricky.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host was great, the food excellent, PARKING on Capitol Hill is unheard of...amazing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was very standard...nothing exceptiona;
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was perfect if you don't eat a big breakfast. A bowl of fresh fruit, a fresh muffin, and coffee or juice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely welcoming environment, putting our travel weary selves at rest & ease.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: hotel employee was amazing we really enjoyed the breakfast. But know that no bacon is included. The muffins make up for it.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: 1. My bathrobe had a big brown stain on the back and one of my towels smelled sour and musty 2. Breakfast was lazy (no hot options) 3. $160/night is a bit much for a room with a shared bathroom (yes, I booked it without carefully reading the description so that’s on me... but come on, when you see that price the possibility of a shared bathroom doesn’t even come to mind.) 4. The owner either has terrible taste or assumes his visitors do. One of the restaurants he recommended was a Tex Lex joint, which he catetegorozed as “ethnic” lol. Maybe he just doesn’t want to sent tourists to the places HE actually eats at? Either way, it kind of defeats the point of staying at a BnB.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom was shared. Staff was nonexistent and there was no breakfast if you had to check out early you got nothing but an old bag of cookies.

Good 7.0

Pros: I enjoy staying at all the Silverclouds in the Seattle area. Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean. View to Lake Union are terrific. And traveling alone I always feel safe and secure.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Taking covid seriously. Great helpful staff.
Cons: Hard to get to until you know where you're going.
Good 7.0
Pros: Super convenient location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel¿s proximity to the highway and restaurants was great. Super clean and the staff was wonderful. Great value!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Cons: No, nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: bedding
Cons: Construction
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Always loke Silver Cloud Inn. Clean place, good location
Cons: Construction in the area really makes it hard to find and get too. Extremely frustrating.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean - very clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was ideal and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff and the location were amazing.
Good 6.0
Pros: The view
Cons: Location due to homeless people hanging out in the front of the hotel at night when I was trying to enjoy the view with the balcony doors open all I smelt was cigarette smoke. Also housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times it was annoying.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location, clean room.
Cons: No pool. Very confusing lay out of the hotel, hard to find things.
Good 7.2
I added money for buffet breakfast but not much food to choose
Excellent 10.0
This place was a great find. It is a little out of the way from downtown Seattle, but there is a free shuttle bus that ran about every 30-60 minutes to from the hotel to Pike's, Westlake, and Space Needle, which was extremely convenient. They also have free parking if you have a rental car, free breakfast, and free laundry available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Lication
Cons: Bed and pillows did not feel or smell clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was very good. There was a lake within walking distance from the hotel. Also, some restaurants nearby. The breakfasts were good and so was the hotel shuttle service.
Cons: I didn't like the face that major construction was going on the side of the hotel. My view was of a construction site instead of a lake. The noise of the construction started about 7:30 a.m. I thought it made the hotel stay less restful.
Good 6.0
Pros: the shuttle service to downtown locations is very convenient, especially with free parking available at the hotel.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Room was nice
Cons: Construction was going on all day and they started playing loud music at 6 am and woke me up
Good 6.0
Pros: It was clean. Comfortable enough. Sort of a "basic 3.5" hotel with nothing to distinguish it, other than the weather-beaten one-eyed fake pig/statue thing in the lobby. We chose it for its 9+ rating so the other hotels in Seattle must be real treasures.
Cons: The staff were universally gruff and unfriendly, and seemed somewhat annoyed to have to attend to us at all. More smiles in Russia. It's a long walk to anything other than the Lake Union museums. We never did find out how or when their shuttle works.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The maintenance man was friendly Free parking
Cons: The plumbing was terrible - toilet overflowed. Maintence came quickly and was helpful but the floor was gross. Front desk did not volunteer to move us. I had to ask and when I did they were reluctant until I insisted. Very disappointed.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Taken as a whole, amazing location for the price. Decent breakfast—again, part of the cost. Close to many eateries, and actually easy to access via I-5. Even a slightly obstructed view of Lake Union is a bonus. Parking included, which again is a high bonus. I WILL book here again!
Cons: Slight quibble: I asked for an Ethernet cable, and the staff did not know what it was and handed me a phone cable. I asked again, and they told me that it must have been it, since it was all that they had.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and the location was great.
Cons: A staff member used his bare hands to gather and pick up potatoes that had fallen out of the serving tray and returned them to the serving tray. Disgusting. Would have been a perfect experience otherwise. Not able to overlook that.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff were very nice
Cons: There was construction right next to my room that was still going at midnight (they did move me to a much nicer room) Lake views that were described in ad are an over exaggerated. Shuttle didnt even show up while I was waiting almost an hour for it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Free parking.
Cons: Shower water was barely warm. Construction outside on the street at 5am woke me up. Attendant didn't ask me how my stay was upon checkout.
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was convenient to downtown.
Cons: Horrible, uncomfortable beds. Standard room right next to elevators, restrooms, kitchen, breakfast area, and doors leading to breakfast porch. Noisy at 630am. But the bed was the worst! Only got 3 hours of sleep. Poor breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Shuttle to attractions is good.
Cons: I called for two beds and was told the hotel agreed to give me two beds room. When I checked in, the front desk told me there are no specific room requests under my reservation and was given one bed room and the room is noisy. The door to balcony broken.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We are elderly and received special attention. Very accomadating staff. Specially enjoyed your good breakfast, and it's variety. Our room was nice. We especially liked the separation of toilet and shower from the sink with its large counter top. When in Seattle we will stay there again.
Cons: Bath tub with shower. Why not have a walk in shower. So convenient and fewer accidents, I'm sure.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Everything worked well. The staff was helpful and nice. Easy to drive in, park, and leave. Free Parking! Nice breakfast area.
Cons: It has a classic hotel/motel feel, which is ok, but I wanting a more modern feel.
Okay 4.0
Pros: the tub the brakfast was good quite and no smoking
Cons: they dont leave plastic bag on the trash, they always give us the corner room the second time afound the major one is thebed is very shitty we dont sleep good at all ehich we are looking for
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean, good breakfast buffet close to downtown
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were great, very accomodating, great breakfast. Conveniently located. Great price.
Cons: Noise outside the window, some construction was going on.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.1
Pros: good location, nice breakfast, room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The 3:00pm check-in time
Excellent 10.0
Pros: as well as the reasonably priced hotel "store" convenience items
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love it here, been going for years! Great shuttle to games.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. It was clean and convenient to the bus and has a courtesy shuttle. Certain rooms, and the lounge and breakfast area have good views of Lake Union. There was also a parking garage, pool, hot tub, business facilities, and fitness area. It worked well for what we were looking for and seemed popular with various business people who were staying there.
Cons: The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was hot even with the controls on the heating and cooling unit set to cool everything down. This led to both of us tossing and turning and barely sleeping all night. Also we could hear all the doors in our hallway opening and closing. So if sleeping with a certain level of comfort is super important to you and noise wakes you easily, you might want to choose another hotel.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable, quiet and in a safe area! private gated parking garage was a HUGE plus!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, good location, scenic rooftop patio. Convenient parking, and easy check in and out. Recommend.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: The ac unit was super loud and the toilet ran but everything else was great!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Thick blankets
Cons: slow elevator
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is great and great value for the price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing location, affordable, and clean. Stayed there for a week, and I enjoyed it far more than my stays at the swanky high dollar hotels downtown.
Cons: Keycard demagnetized twice. Not a big deal as it took two seconds to fix. However,if it had been after hours when the door was locked it could have been more of a bother. Not the hotels fault AT ALL but there was def a dude with a hatchet at the buss stop
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was friendly. They stored our luggage for us until check-in time so that we could sightsee. The hotel and room were very clean. The rooftop terrace was amazing and offered spectacular views. The hotel was close to major attractions in Seattle.
Cons: I booked this hotel based on the amenity listed that they offered a shuttle to the airport. It did not say for a fee. When I inquired about taking the shuttle to the airport I was told about the fee. It was a tad misleading but we still enjoyed our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing views from rooftop deck
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They were very accommodating
Cons: N/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed was comfortable and views from the rooftop were great. Very convenient
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great. The roof patio was my reason for booking and it did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly. I even saw with unruly guests and they were much more patient than I could’ve in their place.
Cons: I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: How friendly the front desk staff were. Also the infused water was amazing.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The cleanliness inside the room and in the bathroom especially was impeccable. Also, the rooftop patio provides stunning views of the city and of the waterfront.
Cons: Paid parking, but that's like almost every other hotel in Seattle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The customer service was friendly and great. The hotel rooftop was a great overlook of the city and fantastic sunset lookout. Very romantic
Excellent 9.6
Best Hotel at stone throw distance from Seattle center . Very helpful and accommodating staff but the best part is room and the lobby. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable.
Good 6.4
it was a decent hotel but find the cost really high.
Excellent 8.8
Wonderful homey environment with good old fashioned charm. Hotel staff are warm and motivated. Tasty popcorn, good tea, decaf coffee, major newspapers (NYT, Wall Street Journal) and DVD player. Little kitchenette is really nice to have, feels like home. Clean bedding and facilities. Was refreshing overnight stay after the usual big hotel chains with no personal touch. Rooftop hangout is more amazing and peaceful than expected. Fantastic location walkable to upscale Metropolitan Market, tourist spots like Space Needle area and (3 mins ride) monorail to downtown Westlake Center. Forget the so called young and hip places. This inn has soul!
Good 7.0
Pros: The location is fabulous.
Cons: Construction on 6th floor hammering woke us up. Noisy in room above.
Good 7.0
Pros: Rooftop view and Starbucks
Cons: It was very busy
Excellent 9.7
Pros: We loved everything. The staff were excellent, absolutely love the rooftop terrace, bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and only a few min from Pike’s Place and Space Needle.
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very cozy with a great rooftop veiw
Cons: Men working on scaffolding outside our window early on a Saturday morning.
Good 7.1
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Deck had great views.
Cons: Room decor was outdated. Paid too much for what it was worth.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had a nice two day stay. Centrally located, friendly staff, nice rooftop views.
Cons: No view from the room I stayed in, not even a slight view of sky. Opening the shades offered views of other tenant's rooms. Suggest getting a room on the street side of building to at least see some sky and be able to open shades.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Short Lyft/Uber ride from King St Amtrak station and cruise ships. Walk to Space Needle, theaters, MoPOP, many restaurants and groceries. Nice comfortable quiet small rooms. Ours had a view of Olympic mtns. helpful staff.
Cons: The Mediterranean like most Hotels had bad lighting in bathroom. Rooftop patio had a smoker even tho it's a non-smoking facility.
Excellent 8.4
no view
Good 7.4
Pros: Better price than some of the other hotels.
Cons: No restaurant although there is an attached Starbucks. A little noisy outside up until about 11pm.
Good 6.8
Pros: I enjoyed the roof top view and set up. Walking distance from Space Needle.
Cons: Size of rooms, too small. Pillows and bed are not very comfortable.
Good 7.7
Pros: The rooms facing nothing should be told up front that they don't have a view at all. Otherwise, nice place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was pretty much perfect we were checked in way before we expected to be and the staff was very helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the view from the rooftop couldn't have been any better.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was surprised by the look and the care of the staff of the hotel. I booked this place at the last minute. The staff gave options of the local restaurants. There are free bikes and umbrellas (a nice plus). You can go to the roof top and take in the view. I would stay here again
Good 7.7
Pros: My family has stayed here two times now. We liked it so much the first time, we intentionally booked it for our following trip. The location is great! Close to Seattle center, super convenient public transportation, good food nearby- including an adorable old school bakery.
Cons: The room we had was SMALL, despite us requesting a larger one at booking/online check in.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Location and on-site parking were great.
Cons: No AC in room. Might not matter on a typical Seattle day, but it was in the 80s and we were on the 5th floor. For $250/night, I expect to be comfortable; we had to keep finding reasons to go out because our room was so hot. Also, many different cleaning products with many different smells=a bit nauseating.
Okay 5.6
Pros: We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never camed to clean or make the bed or give us clean towels, the shower handle was ready to fall off and the towel holder did fall off, for the price we paid it could have been a lot better, wont stay there again.
Good 7.3
Pros: Location was great. Close to the Space Needle and several great coffee shops. Easy walk to two grocery stores and many restaurants. Rooftop has great views of the city.
Cons: No air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm. Extra surcharge for wifi access. Room was very small.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location and size of room
Cons: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Ran out of hot water after one shower and there were four of us! Microwave didn't work. Left a pair of expensive shoes in room. Notified hotel immediately, staff not interested in assisting me. Have still not heard back from the hotel about my shoes.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean, staff friendly and had great selection for breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room and location was perfect for even attended at Climate Pledge Arena, good walking distance.
Cons: Had to park at different location due to garage being full. It’s not too far away but it was raining, shuttle service should be provided if patrons have to park at different location.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is great. It’s just a short walk to the Climate Pledge Arena. The staff was nice and the bartenders gave us great information about the area.
Cons: The room was very over priced. The electric blinds did not work. A lamp did not work. The room was very small for the price paid even through Booking.com.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was the perfect hotel for our girls trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and in the perfect location across the street from the Space Needle, museums and monorail.
Excellent 8.8
Staff was great, with very nice showers in the rooms and a pretty comfy bed. Half the hotel faces opposite the space needle so the rooms they advertise with pictures of the space needle don't actually face unless you pay extra for a "view room". That's fine, just don't put those photos in the other rooms listings. Breakfast was fine during covid, grab your own and bring back to room. Staff friendly, clean areas, I'd only stay here if at a good deal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a very nice hotel and served our needs.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Proximity to locations we planned to visit.
Cons: The terrible parking fees makes renting a car nearly impractical.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The security in the parking area needs to improved. The hotel management needs to be reminded that we are clients and when they make a commitment, they should have integrity to follow through. I will never aens employees here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The size of the room was great for vacation. The location was nice with short walk to multiple attractions. Near monorail which stops right by the link rail to get to the airport. Pikes Place Market and variety of piers are also walkable.
Cons: Used offsite parking the couple of days we had a rental car. Parking is very tight but only a few blocks away. After exploring all day there were not many dinner options after 8:00 near the hotel. (Not a hotel issue, but plan accordingly.)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: location & view
Cons: expensive parking
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Located in the heart of the city.
Cons: A bit extra noise being in all the city action. Homeless folks wandering around was uncomfortable at times, we need to help these people somehow.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right next to the space needle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was clean. Location was perfect!! Excellent customer service!
Cons: Rooftop terrace could use a little makeover but the view is awesome!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location just enough away from downtown and literally across the street from the Space Needle.
Cons: Breakfast was decent, but the made to order omelets were not available because of COVID restrictions.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: They dint clean under the bed- I seemed like in 10yrs
Excellent 9.6
.
Okay 4.8
Disappointed with staff attitude. Not consistent with hotel promises of being helpful and courteous. Will not be staying here again and will share my story with others to stay clear of this hotel. Hopefully they do better for their sake.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location Breakfast
Cons: Smelly room Curtains openers not working WiFi not working Noisy bed Parking lot full (had to park 3 blocks away)
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Double changes my credit card for snaks and denied it.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, it is across the street from the Needle and you only have to drive a couple of minutes to get to nearby tourist destinations.
Cons: The person that checked us in was not very friendly. They seemed very stressed out and would speak to us with an attitude. There were signs on the surrounding doors that said the doors were locked but no indication of what door to use to get in.
Good 6.0
Pros: I like breakfast the hotel provided and a view from your room
Cons: I don't like that the sewer stuck on the last day. Also, we found a least 3 to 5 hairs on each towel at our room and that's was very very nasty
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Shuttle service not well coordinated
Cons: Sign up sheets for reserving the shuttle
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Breakfast was exceptional, staff was pleasant, facility was very friendly and comfortable.
Cons: If I had more time to spend there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was a well rounded spread every morning.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.1
Pros: right across from the space needle. We walked there and did not have to worry about parking. We even got on the train to go downtown convention center. The elevator was out of service but the staff was really helpful and I really did not mind it at all and they did not charge fthe parking fee. I say thanks to the evening crew working for making it easy checking in and getting our bags up to the room. I will come back here again, thanks!
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great view of the Space Needle
Cons: Lack of overall staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location location location. This hotel is right next to the space needle and within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was very good, only had to wait a few minutes for a made to order omelet and the rest of the spread was also very good. Room was very nice and ample seating for several visiting friends on sofa. Rooftop deck was the perfect place to enjoy a few beers right under the space needle at night.
Cons: Rooftop deck closed at 10, could be later. No other complaints, this hotel is definitely my go-to from now on when I visit Seattle.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Yes, my reserved room was not available and they sent us packing to another hotel several blocks away. As a senior citizen schlepping luggage and out was a chore. Also their third party shuttle driver left, did not wait so we had to make our own plans.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Fantastic location near Space Needle.
Cons: I arrived at 11pm to find out that they overbooked. Despite being a loyal Platinum member with Hyatt, they sent me to another, far inferior location several miles away. The only logic they provided was that it was cruise season. I'm never staying here again.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Room was larger than I expected and had a small kitchen area that I used to make myself tea. Free breakfast was pretty solid too. It was a little confusing at first but I love the energy efficiency that results from connecting the keycard to the power system.
Cons: The air conditioning system created a strong draft over the bed. I had to turn it off to get to sleep. Also the water tasted off in some way and the pillows weren't super comfortable.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Across the street from the Space Needle. Room was well designed, spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. We love to walk around Seattle and this was a perfect location. Breakfast and WIFI were included.
Cons: Breakfast was fair to good compared to most hotel breakfasts, however the coffee dispensers we're insufficient to keep up with demand - this was a consistent problem on each of the three days that I stayed.

Excellent 8.0
Cons: Booked a room with a bike online and when we arrived that’s not the case. Called office and they said I could get one if I upgraded to a suite. I specifically paid more online for a room with a bike when I booked in advance. Also, we had to walk further away for Lyft and Uber pick ups because they can’t get to this hotel. When we arrived to the hotel with Lyft and Uber it was fine. We had 3 Lyfts cancel on us because they couldn’t get to us or we couldn’t find their pick up changes.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: R
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean room, helpful staff.
Cons: Keurig coffee machines suck. Parking was not fun. Hotel charged extra upon departing (two charges--one for $75, another for $10.80) and I don't know what these charges are for and no one explained it to me. Maybe one is for two nights of parking? Not cool
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The parking is not good for anyone who owns a truck, suv, etc. The space is small and even trying to turn around and get out it was very difficult. If you have a small car it may be ok. I would suggest getting a ride there and not deal with parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It has nice decor and bedding. The room was a good size and the workout equipment in the room was really cool.
Cons: All is well
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the location was easy to access when checking in. The staff were really nice and made the stay comfortable while texting us to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was my favorite, super clean, very modern look. Overall loved my stay.
Cons: It was inconvenient that the front door doesn’t work past a certain time so you have to call to get buzzed in.
Good 7.0
Pros: clean, modern and fancy
Cons: They wanted to charge you for everything! 3$ for coffee. 1$ for a banana?? We took one look around at the breakfast and left and drove to Sharis
Good 6.0
Pros: It was fine for $200
Cons: Little $$
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was conveniently located.
Cons: There was no parking in the garage when we arrived, fortunately we had free street parking as the next day was Sunday. There was a list of things "in the room" that we would be charged for if they were missing, but they were no longer kept in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such a classy hotel for WAY less $$$ than some other high price hotels.
Cons: NOT ONE THING
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room theme was fun. Definitely get the vibe that I want to work out or do some morning stretches. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even had a texting service to contact the front desk. The bar was super cute and well stocked.
Cons: If you have a large vehicle it's going to be a squish to get your car in their lot BUT it's very secure.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and great location
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The appointments were fine, and obviously new.
Cons: They did not offer daily housekeeping, and this was never stated up front. Also the breakfast was sadly lacking. The management blamed COVID for both of these, but that wasn¿t believable. Won¿t go again or recommend them.
Good 6.0
Pros: Beds were comfortable was the only redeeming quality at this hotel.
Cons: Had to switch rooms due to electrical not working in half the room, and it smelled like sewer. The room we switched to had open toiletries and no cups/coffee cups available. Both rooms were very hot. Would not stay here again
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location and spacious room. Perfectly clean too!!!
Cons: The front desk staff never wore masks!!! Hotel employee checked us in and we saw her again multiple times...always with her mask down :( Not cool.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was great, in a safe and central part of Seattle. The hotel was clean and our room was clean upon arrival.
Cons: No daily housekeeping. Garbage was overflowing by the end of our stay and we had to ask for extra coffee and hand towels. There was garbage in the halls that no one on staff picked up for the 3 day duration of our stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This was such a great comfortable and convenient hotel. I would absolutely stay at Even again. I appreciated that the vent for the air was NOT pointed at the head of the bed!! I hate when air is blowing on me, and loved that it was at the foot,
Cons: Having the Staybridge and Even in basically the same building is a little confusing. I checked in at the Staybridge counter b/c I didn't realize there's technically a separate one for Even guests.
Excellent 10.0
We went to celebrate my wife birthday 🥳, staff was so nice , specifically minka, she did a lot recommendations about Seattle and she also give my wife presents for her birthday! Location is good, hotel is beautiful
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and a good nights sleep
Cons: No pool
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Down town location
Cons: Parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We¿re from Phoenix Arizona and our hotels had a view to the ocean. Loved it
Cons: Parking lot was small and hard to park our full size car. Parking fee was not included in hotel rates
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Very expensive hotel that doesn¿t even include breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms, staff and amenities were great!
Cons: NO
Excellent 10.0
Never having heard of this hotel, I was a little leary of what we would find but was pleasantly surprised by every aspect. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the decor fresh and modern and the room was very comfortable. There is a little cafe in lobby that offers basic no frill breakfast for no extra cost but it was perfect for our needs. Easy access off of I-5 and located in a nice area of Seattle. I would highly recommend giving them a try!
Excellent 10.0
Great
Good 7.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Okay 5.0
Pros: Mini fridge in the room
Cons: Staff not friendly
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Clean. Great concept and (community space) would be better in non Covid times.
Cons: Fees and food. Arrived early and wanted to charge a fee with the hotel more than half empty. Bad first impression. Grab and go breakfast was off point and unhealthy. Food needs to be warmed in lobby since there is no microwave in room (weird?)
Good 6.0
Pros: They had good breakfast
Cons: In the room the sheets had a yellow look like urine spot on them. We asked for the room to be cleaned it wasn’t done . Also parks is extremely high .
Mediocre 2.0
I don’t have no mor to se
Good 6.5
Pros: modern style
Cons: poor water pressure, hot water at a minimum, for all of the style, the room wasnt very comfortable. could have used another chair. the parking was way too expensive. the food in the cafe was bad. hated all the slogans on the walls.
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: Hotel style catered to very young urban customer, at this star level it should be more generic and fit into the group better. This did not belong as a 3.5 star category.
Good 6.0
Cons: Parking was $40 and was not included in the price of the hotel. Outrageous!
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was fantastic. The exercises in the room is an interesting touch. Flavored water is always a hit. Hotel employee at reception and check in was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Took a wet towel to the floor and it came up black. We were on a short vacation though and not interested in working out, yoga, etc. TV did not work and the operator was clueless. Front desk was a great help. Parking should be included in price, IMO.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Insanely clean and friendly staff. Great lobby and common areas. Bathrooms were great. Great lighting and showers.
Cons: The bed seemed a bit too hard for my liking.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was extremely accommodating, enjoyed having a kitchenette, good location, breakfast was included and was pretty good!
Cons: Parking was an extra charge when we arrived. There was also a light in the kitchen that kept flickering, so we ended up leaving it off. All the other lights were fine.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: breakfast workout area hoy tea fridge in room
Cons: parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing place, super comfy, great locación and easy to connect. The deco is so pretty, the beds and the shower were so delicious and so the breakfast, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely 100% recomended. 😍
Excellent 9.6
Hotel is close to I5, so very convenient. The staff are super nice. Rooms are very large with fully equipped kitchen. Great room for the money.
Good 7.0
Pros: the layout of the rooms
Cons: it didn’t have any amenities, there was a lot of trash throughout the hallways
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I didn't have breakfast downstairs I ate in my kitchen
Cons: The room with kitchens need some air flow
Excellent 10.0
Came to visit family. So far my experience has been very pleasant. Only negative experience was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait in the lobby for almost two hours.
Excellent 8.4
We were very comfortable, the place was very clean. The appliances were impressive in the room microwave to dishwasher, the staff was super courteous especially Victoria.
Excellent 10.0
Amazing for the price, staff was awesome. Would definitely recommend
Excellent 9.6
We arrived at night around 9:45pm and the front desk almost close, I guess they jus twaited for me as I emailed them beforehand that I am gonna be late. As the hotel was prepaid already I didn’t think that I need to bring my card with me, but the man told me to give my card and got charged for $75 on hold while staying there. Breakfast was nice, the hot food were limited variety but changed every day! waffle makers is famous with my little ones. Too bad they didn’t have Nutella to go with it! The room we had was the one with king bed. We were 5, 2 adults and 3 kids and the room just enough for all of us. The sofa can be a double bed, the fridge is massive, and the kitchen were fully equipped and also there is dishwasher! There is limited grocery shops in walking distant. But for foods there are a lot of cafe nearby. Japanese grocery centre just 5 min walking distant, and there is always uber eats to order take aways!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room, breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, new hotel, great staff.
Cons: Very loud AC system, more attention should be paid to cleanliness of common areas

Good 7.0
Pros: Nice room, friendly staff, secure parking
Cons: The hotel used Covid as an excuse to not provide daily cleaning and top up of complimentary coffee services. Parking is very expensive daily rate. Not even a complimenary continental breakfast.
Good 7.0
Pros: nice and clean
Cons: the parking .. always no parking and little over sized cars
Good 6.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Parking was good. Staff friendly.
Cons: The movie channels kept pausing and then ended up not working. So frustrating to try to watch anything in the tv. The water view rooms are awful! You can hear the road noise like it's inside your room and the walls are thin between rooms. The vanity area is super tiny. No microwave.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The showers were very nice, the rooms are great.
Cons: It is overpriced. Most of the hotels have complimentary Breakfasts, but this hotel doesn't. Plus the channels are very few.
Good 7.0
Pros: The view of the lake
Cons: Sml fridge was a bit noisy & no microwave in rooms
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to Pike market and Museum and the area around the water was a great place to hang out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location and staff
Cons: ac wasn't working room never got below 72
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, location, and cleanliness
Poor 1.0
Pros: location
Cons: trash from the previous guest was still in the room. no coffee, they did not make beds. Never stay here again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: friendly staffs, comfortable room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and welcoming
Cons: It was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Location Clean Nice Staff
Cons: Breakfast bag to repetitive if you stay more than a day
Good 7.0
Pros: Location- easy to walk downtown
Cons: The restaurant was closed which meant limited food options - only take out or delivered options
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The windows exterior of the room looking at the lake were filthy- don't know if there was a birds nest above or what but pretty bad. Otherwise love the place!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They were great and super location! hotel employee was great- thanks jenn
Cons: nope
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location & price.
Cons: There seems to be construction going on in some part of the hotel. I walked down the north stairwell and it was covered in what appeared to be drywall dust. I work in construction and I've seen jobsites cleaner. The room and common areas were great.
Okay 5.0
Cons: I paid extra for a nice view, which we did not get. The toilet was not clean when we arrived.
Excellent 8.4
Eveything was in quality but it’s expensive as conpared to other same level of hotels.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff was excellent in my opinion. Very helpful. Very friendly. I stayed four nights. My room was clean and spacious for just me. The location of the hotel is across the street from Lake Union Park and all of its amenities (including a few nice restaurants), close to the trolley, and within walking distance of downtown shops. The restaurant staff was also very nice. I ordered a breakfast to go the day I left for the airport, and the young lady working behind the restaurant counter brought my boxed breakfast to me as I waited at the front desk. Very nice.
Cons: Nothing was that bad. I missed a dry cleaning pick-up one morning, but I think that was my fault. No complimentary bottled water in the room. While the staff was great, they could've been a bit more knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhood. I find everyone today seems to rely on quick Internet searches (which I can perform) as opposed to actually knowing the neighborhood. In general, though, every staff person with whom I dealt smiled, was courteous, and was helpful.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Location was across the street from beautiful Lake Union Park. About 1.5 mile one-way walk to Seattle Center. About 1.5 mile one-way walk in other directon from Chipotle and a Whole Foods.
Cons: Cost
Good 6.0
Cons: $27/day parking charge was ludicrous.
Good 7.4
Pros: Nice modern decor in lobby area. Hallways to rooms have been updated, nice new decor, carpet. Beautiful Internet!! Close to Streetcar that drops right into downtown Seattle shopping district / Westlake Mall and Pacific Place Shopping Centers. Our room had a nice (partial) view of Lake Union which is lovely on a sunny day! More than dismal when it's rainy tho... Comfortable pillows/bed Pool and a hot tub - complete with towels! Bike rentals station near the boat area to rent bikes and go for a spin around Lake Union or through downtown. Walking / Biking / Streetcar distance to Seattle Center Friendly staff
Cons: Further from Seattle Center/ downtown waterfront / Pike Street Market than I had realized. Any savings received on the room were quickly eaten up by additional hotel fees, cab fares and public transportation costs. Lots of construction / road construction in this area, difficult confusing to get to the hotel - looks like a bunch of incomplete construction / work zones around side of hotel. No shuttle options from / to airport or train to this location. Workout facility = cardio and dumbells only. no weight machines Room Keys quite inconveniently deactivated themselves for no apparent reason. Difficult getting cab from this hotel to any other locations in city - front desk called told me "several cabs already in the area and less than 10 minute wait". None stopped!!! Empty cabs drove by... still no. Waited OVER 1/2 hour, eventually one came that was dropping guests off at the hotel but I had to flag him before he drove off, he wasn't going to pick us up either! Clearly this hotel is not a priority for the cab companies & getting to my destination timely clearly not a concern for the staff. Asked specifically for another plastic liner for the ice bucket (needed to put ice in it to ice an injury) I explained this but Instead I received a plastic bag he thought was better for that purpose - one which was for the laundry service and had holes in the bottom of it! Yay a leaking ice pack and wet pajamas! Tap water tastes like chlorine pool water. $3.50 for the bottled water in the room & kids don't read the fine print! Sit down Bistro Food options or convenience store pantry options only, main restaurant advertised yet closed or unavailable. Bistro is EXPENSIVE ($4.00 for a small pastry) NO other breakfast options nearby $6.00 dry ham sandwich, no condiments avail. desk agent went to check Bistro kitchen but then refused to give me mustard or mayo - told me none avail. ?!? Overall, for $200.00+ per night, I shouldn't have to spend so much of my time communicating with the staff here - guest needs should have been anticipated (not having to ask for a cab multiple times, being able to turn the TV on and have it work properly without having to try to figure it out then making a phone call, having the room keys work when you leave and want to re-enter your room! having mustard / mayo condiments available when people buy the sandwiches from your pantry, having lids for the Starbucks cups / vending machine coffee, etc...) Not unpleasant per se - just for that price, I shouldn't be required to participate in training your hotel staff on "how to do their jobs properly" - Suggestion: a prix fixe "buffet" style breakfast / self serve waffle iron/ toaster/ in addition to for people short on time but still want to eat and no time for restaurant service. This option is a huge plus and deciding factor in determining whether a hotel receives my future loyalty... even if it's not free or include with the room!!
Good 6.2
Pros: Fairly close to bus stops that will take you to UW or downtown. Rooms are well kept and decent size.
Cons: Parking is $30 a night. A public lot just around Lake Union on Fairview is $22 for 48 hours. The hotel menu is obviously overpriced, but World Sports Grille on Westlake and 9th has decent food for takeout.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: I liked everything about the facilities and staff. Helpful and nice.
Cons: The location could have more nearby restaurants. But that's very minor.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking was too expensive.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: very unique and inviting
Cons: I paid extra for a bath and there was not one
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The ambience of the hotel
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The new bar and staff were amazing and the whole lobby is relaxing and welcoming.
Cons: The rooms are great comfortable, but only fallback was the AC was dirty and leaked water onto the floor and in the bathroom there was water under floor boards. Nothing a towel over didn’t fix.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The games in the lobby were so much fun. I loved the branding and the attention to detail.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The games down stairs.
Cons: Street parking
Good 6.0
Pros: I liked the location, very close to some nice restaurants and bars.
Cons: The bar in the hotel wasn't open yet due to covid-19...which was fine. The thing I hated most was the constant noise from the outside. I was only on the 3rd floor but you'd think a hotel with rooms closer to the street would provide additional insulation for their customers. Also, my sink was clogged and I didn't realize it until later after checking-in. I had already sanitized my entire room so when someone came by to check on the sink as I couldn't deal with the clog any longer, they asked if I wanted to switch rooms. I maybe had less than 2 days left in my stay so I found it a poor option for a customer. I would have instead taken room credit or something similar. Overall, cool hotel just wish more amenities were available but definitely not a ding against the hotel!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great location, small but very nicely tastefully organized room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: quaint setting and exactly what I needed for a 2-day stay. Could not stay there longer since no closet or space in the room for comfort other than a chain and fold-out desk. great place!!
Cons: Nothing. They have a great small gym and great staff.
Excellent 10.0
We loved our trip to Seattle, and the Moxy and staff were great! Would definitely stay there again.
Good 7.1
Pros: Loved the hipster vibe, free welcome drink and decor
Cons: The AC made loud noises randomly and made it a bit hard to sleep. My window looked directly into a office building window.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Parking is terrible.
Okay 5.0
Pros: staff were friendly. rooftop was nice. great location.
Cons: the bed are no longer comfortable. I’ve stayed here a handful of times and maybe the beds are just old now but I didn’t feel like they were as comfortable as they once were.
Good 7.0
Pros: clean and comfortable bed
Cons: the neighborhood is terrible lot of people begging for money and drug use
Okay 5.0
Pros: The manager was nice and helpful once they finally let us in
Cons: We sat outside with our 1 year old baby for 3 hours trying to get in the lobby and the neighborhood was not a good one to be outside in especially that late and with a baby
Excellent 10.0
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: Serve breakfast and better parking expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They meant it when they said walking distance to all! We had a little girls trip and it was the perfect location. We didn¿t have to drive anywhere!
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I love that it's within walking distance to most things. I overall enjoyed my stay and would rebook.
Cons: My toilet was clogged, though it was addressed immediately. I have no complaints.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: There was a king bed. Lemon water was nice.
Cons: There was a stabbing outside when checking in. The staff basically said ignore it happens all the time, but is limited to the "community members". The news crew told us not to walk up 3rd towards downtown after dark.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was cool & helpful! And the room was very clean & comfortable!
Cons: Unfortunately, it's located at a major bus line - there were A LOT of homeless wondering around & bothering people.
Excellent 10.0
We were in town to take a cruise. We were able to walk to the Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle before getting to the ship.
Good 6.8
A bit noisy from people walking down hall loudly in middle of night. Homeless lingering frequently between train station and across from hotel, but respectful. Room nice and clean. Sweet staff. Close to pier 66.
Excellent 9.2
This place is pretty much like a diamond. Clean room at a convenient location but just a bit sketchy at night across the street. The house cleaning does a great job to make sure you have clean towels and amenities at all times when needed. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to travelers who looking to visit Seattle
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and seemed to work together as a team. Without that experience the rest of the stay would have been a bit of a bummer.
Cons: The neighborhood was pretty sketchy and the elevator was out of service the day we left so everyone was hauling their luggage up and down a small staircase.
Excellent 8.0
The staff are great and the location is superb, in terms of things to do in the area. However, there is a weird musty smell in the room that lingered through our stay so it didn’t feel clean and fresh. Also, it is important to note that there are some homeless people that linger around the entrance during the day. Lastly, not important, but decor could use some updating.
Good 6.4
I am writing this because only of the homeless circling the hotel day and night. I paid 30 dollars a day to park on a lit easy to enter open lot. It felt scetchy.
Excellent 10.0
Great walking location, lots of down-to-earth-restaurants, lounges, right near Space Needle, center of touring sites, walk to water.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable price, including the option for smaller rooms at a lower rate. Perfect for those who just need a place to crash at night.
Cons: No designated parking.
Excellent 10.0
Wonderful stay. Clean and efficient.
Excellent 9.2
Our room had a nice view across from the dog park. The location was great, we walked to Pike Place Market and it was a nice walk. We also rented scooters and zipped around the city. The room was clean and comfortable.
Poor 1.0
Pros: No parking, I told me to park on Public parking, then my car got Broke in and I lost alot stuff
Cons: Area is not safe
Excellent 8.8
Very good xperience! Location, access 2 many Top tourist & lo
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to The Space Needle, Pikes Market, bars and restaurants and the metro link station. The staff was super friendly and offered many suggestions when asked.
Cons: Like most hotels located in a downtown area, the homeless are around but they didn¿t bother anyone. Just thought I¿d you were looking to stay downtown you need to know that homeless people are around.
Excellent 10.0
Picked Belltown because of its price and location- did not disappoint! Clean and close to EVERYTHING a townie or tourist would want to see.
Excellent 8.8
The inn was clean and small. It was the cheapest I could find in the area. The staff was really nice and helpful. I would stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Great place for the price.
Good 6.8
The location is very good for walking or using the buses for transportation to all of the downtown attractions. The neighborhood is iffy, so be prepared for homeless people hanging out along 3rd, especially at the park across the street.
Okay 4.4
Bunch of crack smoking in front and next to the hotel. Requested a double bed room, didnt get it. Asked for a roll away took 3.5 hours! TV is out cuz they didnt pay xfinity! Bullshit hotel
Good 6.8
Unfortunately there’s no escaping the homelessness problem and the smells that come with it. Close to everything and rooms are small but clean.
Good 7.6
Get location, however the homeless and drug addicts are completely taking over this part off the city. While at this hotel I watched 5 drug deals go down at the park across the street. Handing it out like candy. It's quite sad really.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Felt like a boutique hotel without the added $$$$$. Love the rooftop & bike program! Staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Our room had that new carpet smell¿.fortunately, the windows do open all the way so not a huge issue. The area is a bit on the sketchy side (numerous homeless around the area) but we still felt safe to walk wherever we wanted.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: area, staff and comfort.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: While the location is convenient it is sketchy. There are people loitering outside the hotel at all hours of the day. The room smelled like mildew and stale cigarette smoke.
Good 7.2
The hotel itself was pleasant and fair for a reasonable price. The staff were professional, helpful, pleasant and friendly. The ONLY downside were the loud, vagrants outside the hotel by the dog park whom were engaging in drug selling out in the open, their loud random nonsense yelling in the middle of the street, their loud boom box music and arguing amongst themselves. This hotels business is suffering because the city officials refuse to take action in collecting and institutionalizing these derelicts.
Good 6.4
It was literally one block to far. You go one street over and there are almost no homeless. My husband actually had his truck soft topper broken into while we were there. The actual hotel is clean the staff are nice.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location to be able to walk around the city.
Cons: Could hear everything in the room and bathroom next to us.
Good 7.2
This hotel is located in the middle of pretty much everything. But it's surrounded by beggars and homeless that was scary so we drove around to the different locations. Since the city is still on stage 2 with Covid you can park in the street. If I return to Seattle I don't think I'll stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the room and the hotel itself the appearance, the employees were good as to be expected with the environment that I was dealing with. No complaints on that issue.
Cons: Absolutely the abuse from your customers involved in the human Trafficking scheme, revoking my privacy, viewing my phone illegally, blocking me from getting my money, entering my room and stealing items, harassing, bullying and. I filed Police Report.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It's a lot nicer than it appears.
Cons: All the junkies outside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We completely loved sitting on the rooftop patio, enjoying the views.
Cons: No.
Good 7.0
Pros: It's within walking distance to Pike Place which is really great. Pillows were good but I would prefer fluffier pillows as I am a side sleeper. Very secure place. Toiletries smelled great.
Cons: Paid for a king bed but got a queen, and I didn't notice until the following day. Received email about my reservation, but it was not mine (it was someone else's). Upon check out, received the same email to the same addressee (which is not me).
Good 6.0
Cons: I/You can hear all the noise through this thin wall.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The amenities featured laundry but their laundry facilities were under construction.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Walkable everywhere
Cons: Broken elevator
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms were small
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Lack of soundproofing of any kind in the room: we could hear seagulls, street performers and adjacent showers, night and day.
Excellent 8.5
There are every kind of restaurant and cuisine you could imagine in walking distance. If you don’t mind walking a little further you can reach downtown within 10 or 15 minutes on one side and the Space Needle on the other. I stayed almost a whole week and there were different things to do each day, and definitely budget friendly. The rooms all have microwaves and refrigerators, so if you don’t finish your meals you can take it back to your room and heat them up later. They also provide free snacks and will replenish them while your out enjoying the city. Highly recommend this awesome place!
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Should have asked for a skinny pillow or two to supplement the fat pillows. Minor.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Front desk staff very accomodating, was able to switch from room on exterior edge of building to a courtyard room (eliminating street noise). Excellent location in great neighborhood. Walking distance to great food/drink options, Pikes Place, Pier, etc
Cons: Lots of outside noise the first night in a room on the exterior of the building, but was able to change rooms
Okay 4.0
Pros: Small, but clean and functional room. Attentive staff and good location
Cons: Very noisy due to the homeless across the street next to the dog park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location to walk to everything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Walkable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Central to everything we wanted to visit in our short stay
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Location was excellent. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. The friendly instructions to help save water and energy was appreciated. Glad to see they are concerned with the environment. We would stay here again.
Cons: The confusing one way streets caused us some distress as we went around several blocks. But that is part of city life and we did score a good parking spot on the street..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was fantastic, rooms were a little cramped, but who hangs in room, water pressure in shower was low or could be low flow fixture. I will stay here every time we are going to Seattle.
Okay 4.8
Pros: All of the staff except for one woman was very helpful and friendly. You can borrow their bikes which is a great way to explore the waterfront.
Cons: Ask for a room that faces the alley. Otherwise you will be subject to loud buses, cars, people yelling, and a street piano. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask (no blackout shades) if you are a light sleeper.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the time I checked in to the check out, the service from the front desk was impeccable!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Price
Cons: The desk staff were very rude. Maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly but the front desk staff lacked any customer service skills.
Good 6.0
Pros: - Location. Restaurant, cafe, Space Needle, Pike Market in walkable distance.
Cons: - Very small room. - Many homeless people in neighborhood at night - shouting, screaming at each other for whole night. Hotel windows glasses are thin. Noise outside will keep you awake.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The hotel was under relocation. Everywhere was in a huge mess and actually disgusting. There was no notice or info about the relocation when we booked the hotel, That's a CHEAT! And not worthy to the price AT ALL! Bad experience! And also bad staffs!
Okay 5.1
Pros: Central location
Cons: The room and building was dirty. Very small room. A group of people were having a very loud argument in the hotels courtyard throughout the evening. It is a motel level quality.
Good 6.3
Pros: Great location. Good walking distance to places downtown. Free bike rental
Cons: It is next to a dog park. One of the nights we stayed was a Saturday night and it was very loud outside with people partying and dogs barking. Woke us up a couple of times. It felt more like a college apartment complex than a restful hotel. It was a little hard controlling the temperature of the room.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of "extras" - $10 free credit for snacks from the front desk, free bottled water, free coffee in the lobby. Lots of games and activities in the lobby, though the cafe and bar were still shut down as of November 2021 due to Covid restrictions (?)
Cons: The pillows weren't firm and would deflate fairly quickly. It became necessary to double or triple up. The sliding bathroom door doesn't offer complete visual or audible privacy. It would have been nice if the cafe and bar were open in some capacity.
Good 6.0
Pros: Pineapple cookies. Chromecast. Decent location. Nice staff
Cons: Just very physically uncomfortable stay. Elevator ding woke me up a lot. Comforter was crazy hot and the AC wouldn't stay on. The carpet was wet when I came in my room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Games in lobby. Staff was amazingly friendly. Noon checkout time.
Cons: Shower lite pressure. Bar/restaurant not open in hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very spacious. Great value for what you’re paying for. The staff was amazingly pleasant. They reminded us of the daily snacks we could get. Provided us the option when we were checking out. I would definitely stay there again for the hospitality alone.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and room. It was great
Cons: Need a place to get real food
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location, ambiance and staff are warm and very helpful
Cons: nothing it was perfect
Good 7.0
Pros: very modern, colorful, the pineapple is so cheerful. the bed and duvets are comfortable
Cons: first, the heater was so loud and pumped all the time bothered me a lot that I hardly can fall asleep second, the airy toilet flush is way too loud! sometimes scary
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff and location - The bedding was to die for.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. Style. Lobby. Beds linens and pillows. Staff very friendly. Snacks. Late checkout.
Cons: Little loud/thin walls. Neighbors were little loud and a dog barked a lot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was sooo comfortable!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location. It was within walking distance of the attractions we wanted to see.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The bedding.
Cons: Unsafe feeling location. Thin walls. Late night noise. Extra fees.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, despite clearly being caught off-guard by the influx of hotel guests due to the heat wave. Being able to grab snacks from the front desk was also great as it was too hot to leave the building. Pet-friendly!
Cons: It would be a nice addition to put mini-fridges in the rooms, though to be fair, the description did not say there were any. Also there were no plastic trash bags available, so we had to figure out our own method to dispose of litter.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: They charge extra amenities fees that are not stated when you book the room! They said we need to provide a card as a authorization card just in case we would like to get things during our stay! But low and behold, they charge you $24 a day for that!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location Early check in
Cons: Remember you are downtown, so expect it to be noisy. The ¿amenities ¿ fee is tricky, a bit sneaky. Not easily explained by staff( I listened to staff try to explain it to multiple confused guests. This is how they make money so use it or lose it!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The decore was cute and theme
Cons: Woke up to non stop yapping dog a cross the hall that went on for over a hour. Horrible loud high pitched incredibly rude for owners to allow that. Coffee cup had crack in it so coffee leaked all over dresser into clothes. Was charged extra fees I'm still
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location to walk too many of Seattle¿s tourist sites, super friendly staff.
Cons: Didn¿t love parking and amenity fees that were added to our hotel rate, but it seems that¿s becoming pretty common, and I do know it costs to park downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent, very friendly and inviting. They always met every request and we¿re able to answer any questions. Rooms are great, very comfortable beds! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, pikes market, space needle and restaurants.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to Pike Place Market and Space Needle Area. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The street noise was very loud in the room at times.
Good 6.0
Pros: Room had a cool vibe. And initially it was very clean.
Cons: Comforters provided where way to warm. I had the room temperature set to the “cold enough to hang meat” setting the first night and still was sweating under the huge comforter provided. for my second night i noticed they had put an extra blanket in our room that was way better. Wish it was out and more obvious it was there. It was in a bag under the night stand in the room. The shower head was really nice but it was lose so it fell to only one position. Wish it was on there a bit tighter so i could adjust it to flow in the middle of the shower instead of having to hug the wall to get under it. We also wanted our sheets cleaned and towels changed between nights but they never did. I guess we missed house keeping because we put sign up to please clean when we left our room at 10:30am and when we came back at 2pm it wasn't cleaned. We left our room again at 4pm and this time i asked front desk if they could clean our room. They looked at me like i was crazy and said housekeeping was gone for the day. So i asked for some towels and sheets at least which they provided.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was different than any other hotel. Loved the duel duvet covers.
Cons: Resort fees
Excellent 10.0
We loved this place. After staying in various hotels including 5 star while holidaying in the USA, Staypineapple at Hotel Five was our last stop. It has a very homely, cosy atmosphere and the decor is surprisingly different. Everything incorporates the Pineapple theme which is very appealing. All the staff were wonderful. The included breakfast was a surprise and more than adequate (not a full buffet). Great central location within walking distance of the major attractions. The monorail runs past but did not affect our sleeping as it does not run 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to any traveller. If you are sick of the higher class hotels with their extravagant pricing then STAYPINEAPPLE IS THE PLACE TO STAY.
Good 7.0
Cons: I paid in full in advance, but had a surprise on arrival I was told I owed a activity fee daily???? This was not indicated and I dispute these charges who will reply back?
Excellent 8.4
Better and/or more varieties of breakfast would be nice.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pineapple water was very good, I like their dog policy, staff was helpful , pleasant and diverse. Bathroom was cleaned well.
Cons: Chromecast in room didn’t work as expected. Floor of room could have been cleaner; under the bed especially neglected.
Good 6.0
Pros: The pillows and the location
Cons: The charges for everything! 40 dollar parking, amenities fees, and resort fees! There is not a lot to choose from outside their parking
Okay 5.0
Cons: The parking fee and amenity fee. Ended up being way more expensive than what it was worth
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: It's a bit confusing, like the payment charges
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was great! I felt safe and it was close to shopping.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have vending machines. In fact, once the cafe closed there was nothing but tap water to drink. This is absolutely ludicrous and the night front desk person was very rude and offered no solutions. There was nothing open nearby either.
Excellent 8.5
Loved the pineapple theme. Everything was clean and loved the extra touches. Location was great; shuttle rides to and from the touristy places were very welcome. Front desk staff were very helpful and had great attitudes. Bedding and pillows were really good. It was amazing. I love tasty coffee and pineapple cakes. Feel like sleeping on a cloud? Stay here!
Excellent 8.5
We stayed for one night while on vacation in Seattle. The hotel is right on Fifth Ave, under the monorail line. The location was great, with lots of restaurants in the area and touristy things (Space Needle, etc) not that far away. They were able to check us in very early (8 AM) when we arrived in Seattle, which we were very grateful for because we were tired and needed a nap. The WiFi was very fast. There were tons of fun games and video game consoles in the lobby. The room was clean and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: Substantial hidden fees (including resort fee & room fee). Fire alarm went off for no reason at 7:30 AM. Cheesy, annoying video blasting in room upon arrival. Sub-standard staff. "Most boring hotel bar in the city." Very bad experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Poor 1.0
Pros: The individual duvets.
Cons: Hotel resembled a college Dorm. Walls/floors were so thin we could not sleep. Pineapple fragrance infused in halls gave me headaches. Housekeeping never came. Price point does not match hotel. And we did not appreciate the $20 a day for unused amenities.
Good 7.0
Pros: Hotel decor and games in the lobby
Cons: The maids started vacuuming and cleaning other room on our floor at 8:00, and the noise was quite loud and went on for hours. It woke me up. The parking fee and miscellaneous item fees are quite high for what you get.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room, staff
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was GREAT! We were in walking distance to everything.
Cons: The rooms were extremely small and not well positioned. The TV was sitting on the desk in the corner, therefore we all had to sit on one bed in order to see the TV. No menu in the room, I was told to come downstairs to the bar to see the menu.
Excellent 8.5
Greeting wasn’t very welcoming, but when we came back the person who checked us in made it all better! Rooms were great, location was walking distance to a lot of places, and super fun atmosphere! Rooms were very noisy (you could hear people talking in rooms around us and maids cleaning). Also, maids did knock at 9 am exactly for cleaning which was a little ridiculous. Overall I thought our stay was great and we would definitely recommend and we will be back! Thank you for the great experience! The best!
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel is in a good central location. The room and common spaces are pleasant, and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: They charge a $20 per day amenities fee, but the amenities are not really different from what most hotels provide, so it is just annoying. They offer a shuttle, but could/would not take us to the rail station a half mile away.
Excellent 8.5
Overall it was a great experience. Loved the free slippers and most importantly the free water. Staffs are all very friendly especially the housekeeping staffs. One complain I have was that you can literally hear everything that’s happening in the hall way. Loved the pineapple theme. Everything was clean and loved the extra touches.Front desk staff were very helpful and had great attitudes. The location is perfect if you are going to the Key Arena and Pikes Place. Would love to make that a girl's trip yearly event and stay again at the Hotel 5!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: the location
Cons: This was a very odd hotel, that I felt we spent way more than we should have. There was very little insulation, and we heard everything around us, all night long. We were very uncomfortable and will not stay here again, nor recommend it.
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: The beds we’re comfy.
Cons: Parking is listed as 37 but ends up being 67 dollars after all the taxes. This is just for one night, had I known about all the taxes added to the parking I would of parked in the parking lot located less then a block away. Big disappointment since the first time I had stayed here it was amazing. The rooms are not worth the price. For some reason I had booked two different rooms and to accommodate they had me check out of one on Saturday and into the room next door on Sunday. When I went to check out it was more then a headache and they had to send us to a completely different room then we were promised. Then to check out and recieve another bill of 67 was just another headache.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location was good, close to activities and restaurants.
Cons: Where do I start? Loud. Went away with friends for a relaxing weekend with no kids. Imagining fabulous sleep & fun. We got no sleep due to hallway noise (elevator, conversations, neighbors cell phone buzzing) & road noise. Plus a $40 "resort fee." Bad!
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel lobby coffee shop/restaurant/bar was closed for renovations. This fact was not noted at the time of booking. I would have stayed somewhere else
Cons: The lobby was undergoing a major renovation and was closed
Good 6.0
Pros: Very Comfy bed
Cons: They charge $62.71 for parking & wifi!!!
Good 6.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Room was small and crowded. A lot of street noice from the sky tram outside our window on the 3rd floor. Parking at the hotel overnight was $62 with taxes and fees. I would not recommend this location to others. Overpriced for the amenities provided.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great aesthetic, and very nice staff.
Cons: The heating/cooling system was extremely noisy and kept interrupting our sleep.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location and staff are great.
Cons: They are currently remodeling. Has to happen sometime. :)
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and bed
Cons: Bathroom wasn’t separated from closet and no bath tub
Okay 4.0
Pros: clean, floors no carpet
Cons: no micro, no refer, no king bed, didn't like the blankets, being gouge for parking over 60.00 not mentioned in rsvp, no veiw tree in front of window
Poor 1.0
Pros: The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Way overpriced. Charged for everything. $--- per night for a 2nd bed $37 a night for parking and $15 a night for amenties (wifi coffee & tea) plus tax! The staff was rude. Location was not as appealing as they advertise it was quite a walk to downtown
Excellent 8.8
Pros: It is a beautiful little hotel with a great location! Nice, clean and very stylish hotel. Absolutely loved the decor!
Cons: The only downfall would be it very close to the fire station. It's quite noisy with all the sirens.
Okay 4.0
Pros: It was in downtown seattle
Cons: 40 parking fee in addition to a --- room and no continental breakfast.
Good 7.1
Pros: Fun, funky and good location. Nice pineapple water!
Cons: Thin walls, neighbors loud
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fricken awesome
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Daily ☕ and cupcakes between 3 and 7.
Cons: Had a temporary emergency water shutoff during my stay, but it was resolved quickly.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Pineapple water in lobby
Cons: Bedding not usable. Two big comforters and a fitted sheet only on beds. There was one flat sheet and one blanket for two beds that the guest could put on himself. There was one robe and one pair of slippers for two guests. May be a two star hotel at best.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location of this hotel was great. Within walking distance to great restaurants and a lot of tourist attractions.
Cons: The service at the hotel was horrible. Very loud given location. Our second night there was banging on our neighbors door. After nearly an hour we called the front desk and were told we could move our room if we wanted...at 2am!
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The location was fantastic. The hotel has a fun style. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: My neighbor was loud and up very late two of the three nights I was there. The walls seem to be thin. Also the pillows were very hard. Too dense. I should have asked for new ones.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern look and cool music in the lobby.
Cons: Loud heater in the room.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: I enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: I didn't like the stuffed toy on the bed.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Nice towels, linens, bathrobes and a very comfortable bed! Excellent location in downtown. Glad I found Hotel 5!
Cons: Room doors closed very loudly. Down comforters were too warm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the modern decor and the helpful front desk
Cons: I wish there had been a mini fridge in the suite we stayed in
Good 7.6
Pros: Free Bikes!
Cons: Parking is overpriced and so is the breakfast. Additionally, there is no in room fridge.
Good 7.0
Pros: The showers were awesome.
Cons: Room was small and overall rather expensive for what we received.

Cons: Nope. Honest to god perfect.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful this was the only good thing about the hotel.

Pros: I love the layout of the rooms and the amenities that are offered at the hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and curtious.

Pros: The staff and hotel were great. We could not fault the location and service. The check-in was easy and the facilities were really of good standard.
Cons: Honestly, only the breakfast. It was really not GOOD!!!! Frozen Jimmy sandwiches??? For the hotel ,I do not recommend the breakfast. It is better to go eat somewhere else.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The bed and pillows WereComfortable. Love the hot water
Cons: Dryer didn’t dry well
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was fulfilling. The furniture was comfortable. The room was just what I needed so I could go to and from my concert.
Cons: The floors aren't exactly sound-proof. Neighbors were still talking about what I was doing. When I asked the front desk clerk about the exact grand total charge on my card he refused to listen. He talked over me. The breakfast did come packaged and the nearest place to buy food was at a gasoline station. It might be healthier if you bring your own food beforehand.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved this hotel! So close to everything!
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: First off I was given the wrong room, then they tried to charge me to upgrade to the room I was supposed to get. But they accidentally put me in a dirty room. Then we finally get the room and through the night they break Into the car
Excellent 10.0
Perfect location. Excellent hotel.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The room had some damage too the door in the bathroom and couldn¿t close the bathroom door without moving the rug. The wall in the office area needs to be painted and carpet had stains. The breakfast was not the greatest and options were limited.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The largest room and so comfy!
Cons: No
Excellent 9.2
It will only take you 5 to 10 minutes walk going to Space Needle. The staffs are very kind and accommodating. We stayed for 3N/4D. We booked the Twin Room High Floor, expecting we have the view of Space Needle. But unfortunately, there's no more room available when we checked-in. I requested the front desk if they could transfer us to the room with a view on the remaining days of our stay. The following morning, they told us that there will be room available with a view of Space Needle, so they let us transferred to that room. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Hyatt Place! We will definitely stay at your hotel when we come back to Seattle again!
Excellent 10.0
The hotel was nice and clean meeting the Covid requirements with sanitizer and masks available. They had just restarted their hot breakfasts with prepared eggs, meat and potatoes in a box on a hot tray along with the other items you expect at a hotel breakfast buffet.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and clean/spacious room with the view of Space Needle
Cons: They charge $50 for deposit. I extended my stay, and they charged another $50. But I haven't got my $100 back yet.Other hotels only keep a record of your credit card in case you damage something but don't charge you. This hotel charges you $50. Dislike it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel offered everything we look for when traveling. Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Cons: Parking in garage is scary with the low ceiling in our 1 ton pickup! Maybe warn guests because I think we only had a couple INCHES to spare.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: how clean it was. The room was a nice size also.
Cons: microwave in the room would have been nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very pleasant. We arrived early from the cruise ship and they checked us in...no problem.
Cons: Had an early morning dumpster going at the apt building next door. That has nothing to do with the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Good overall stay here over a long weekend. Room was a bit tired (frayed carpets, outdated bathrooms) but comfortable bed and plenty of space. Breakfast was uninspiring but free so no complaints. Location was just OK unless you plan on spending most of your time in Seattle center - it's a 20 min walk downtown and a bus ride to capital hill. Staff was really friendly. Free parking was cool.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location of this hotel is amazing. Near the Space Needle but also close enough to Pike¿s Market. The staff was very knowledgeable while pleasant. Room was very spacious, fit my family well. Nice grab and go breakfast. Will stay here again!
Cons: Parking is tight but adequate.
Excellent 10.0
We had a great time at the Hyatt Place. The room is huge. Location is central. A 5-7 minute walk to Space Needle and has good restaurants in the area. Has Walgreens across the street. We loved the 24/7 Starbucks coffee and tea variety as well as the grab & go breakfast. Will definitely stay with them again.
Good 7.0
Pros: The pool, location and on site parking
Cons: They were clearly understaffed. Breakfast was almost an hour late on 8/29.
Good 7.0
Pros: Have stayed here several times in the past, so familiar with the area.
Cons: Wine bar closed, carpets need cleaning and no room cleaning unless you ask in advance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect! Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.
Cons: Maybe having some USB ports for charging electronics
Good 6.0
Pros: The young lady who worked the front desk was wonderful and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as she could.
Cons: Hotel employee gave away the upgraded room we were told we would be getting because our room wouldn't be ready in time for our event. So because of that we had to be downgraded and one fut had to sleep on a Dirty couch with food crumbs etc in it. No cups
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location was great. Beds very comfortable ¿ also we are a family of 5 (two adults, 3 children), and we typically have difficulty finding a hotel with one room to sleep us. We were very pleased with the room set up ¿ two queens and a sleeper sofa.
Cons: Breakfast was very bad for the price of the room; coffee undrinkable. The pool looked dirty; after 10 mins in it, everyone¿s eyes were stinging and watering from excessive chlorine. (Even mine and I was poolside). Chrome cast didn¿t work so we had n
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in/out was fast and friendly. Room was neat and clean. The pool and the gym were open yay.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was walkable to a few things downtown.
Cons: a lot of noise outside from cars speeding, bumping music, homeless people yelling, etc. our window was facing a busy gas station so a lot of weird stuff happen at night. Would¿ve liked a little bit more sense of security. Breakfast wasn¿t good eithe
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was so friendly and welcoming.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: No hot tub Had to pay 30/day for parking Elevators very slow
Okay 5.0
Pros: I liked the proximity to Seattle Center. McDonalds is right around the corner which was great with kids. The piers and downtown is within walking distance. The breakfast was great considering COVID safety measures were in place. The staff were great
Cons: No microwave in the room. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came at all.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location, appearance, customer service.
Cons: The lack of cleaning more specifically thorough cleaning during this pandemic. The fact a bagged apple was left in fridge & blood stains on mattress cover the showed through a clean sheet is simply laziness to not thoroughly clean the bed linens.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was walking distance from both the Needle and Pike's market.  (managers?) were great and had impeccable customer service.
Cons: Located right by a Shell Gas station which got a lot of late night activity that kept me up for hours in the middle of the night. Had to call the cops. Staff besides the managers were horrible and everything seemed like it inconvenienced them.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: I stayed with my 2yo daughter and requested our room be on the same floor as my friend. She got a room in the front of the hotel with a view of the space needle, our room was facing the back with a view of the gas station. The view is not the issue, so much as the noise level. People were getting gas in the middle of the night with music blaring and bass loud enough that the walls were vibrating. Wish they had more consideration in that aspect. Room had a musty smell, which I discussed with the front desk who advised me they were at 90% capacity and couldn’t accommodate a room change, that that the smell is related to the winds and pollen in the air. Both my daughter and I had allergy flare ups from that smell.
Okay 4.0
Cons: No maid service even when requested. Carpet was wet by the air-conditioner. Mold in the shower.
Poor 1.0
Pros: NOTHING... HORRIBLE
Cons: NO FOOD SERVICE
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Booked a room for the pool only and it was closed. The website should be updated with covid regulations. Many other hotels still had the pool open with guidelines.
Excellent 10.0
A very organized hotel with friendly staff. Very serious about our safety. Thank you
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The guy who checked me in was very rude I was not made aware of the 30$ parking fee
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Front desk staff were pleasant, good location.
Cons: My room was incredibly dirty. There were greasy fingerprints all over the walls, bed frame, and door. In these Covid times, I was very upset by this. They are clearly not wiping down surfaces.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is close to city center.
Cons: Not a lot of places to eat nearby. $36 a night for parking is a bit much.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude staff. Horrible service
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was amazing
Cons: No microwave in the rooms, no tv channels and movies cost way too much . Super hard to park and super hard to access everything having to use a key card.
Excellent 10.0
We stayed at this Hyatt place for 10 days during Covid while visiting Seattle. While it was rough with everything being shut or operating limitedly, the staff at Hyatt were incredibly warm and supportive in recommending things to do that adhered to social distancing and safety. Dan at reception has to be the most personable staff I've met- so jovial and enthusiastic and made our stay very comfortable! We had a view of the space needle and Queen Anne with the Olympic mountains in the range. Couldn't ask for a better room :D
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: The key system continued to fail. Only 1 key worked. The walls and floors in the room were dirty! 1 towel had red staining. The toilet seat was cracked. Overall, the room was not in good shape.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This hotel was in a great location. I usually stay with Marriott chain, but thought I'd try Hyatt based on local. My poor experience has dissuaded my from staying with this franchise in the future.
Cons: During my stay I was not informed at check-in there would be an additional $30+ per day parking fee until days later when I noticed the random charge on my credit card. I'm very disappointed in this particular business practice and highly dissatisfied.
Good 6.0
Pros: That they had good food and the staff were nice and they were gated
Cons: The hotel parking and the cleanliness of the room
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice location and friendly staff
Cons: I checked out 8 days early and still have not gotten the difference of my refund and have not been able to reach anyone to address my issue
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or towels restocked, trash cans emptied, etc.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly staff and a decent location
Cons: $22 for park8ng seemed a bit hight for Spokane. The garage is not even a secure garage and they charge $22. The room was sub par for a doubletree.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was awesome. Free shuttle to the market. Free breakfast was awesome. Kids loved the pool. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were amazing!!!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect
Good 6.0
Cons: Parking/taxes/fees
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, location... we walked and took their free shuttles. The pool was nice and the rooms were roomy! Parking was rediculous $38 a day
Cons: The breakfast was terrible! I was expecting decent food it smelled great and there was a big selection for a hotel breakfast but the eggs were tasteless and gritty. Potatatos were greasy, they had a big pot of beans and corn mixed - not a brekfest food!
Okay 5.7
Pros: clean food on site enclosed parking near gas station and walgreens
Cons: room keys and elevators had issues the entire time front desk staff not informed and/or rude parking garage has several elevators most don't get you to your room ice machine couldn't keep up photos of gallery/snack bar were deceiving. Never saw it stocked like the photo. bed super uncomfortable
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location is ok
Cons: They didn't make the room. I had to take a shower with the towels of the day before.the bed was not made and the floor was not vacuumed.Saturday night I came back to the hotel after 11 pm. they night staff were rude and defiant. Didn't like it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything was walkable from the hotel. There is really no need for a car. I walked everywhere and went running to Elliot Bay and around Lake Union. This is a great price for the location and for a weekend getaway.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast Comfortable rooms Super great staff
Cons: No jacuzzi/spa. That was a huge disappointment. It's a deal breaker. If I'm choosing between hotels, the one with a pool and hot tub is the one I'll pick everytime.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great staff friendly and helpful. Good location 20 min walk to pike market close to everything.
Cons: No one ever came to clean the room had to call to get clean towels and pick up the trash
Okay 5.0
Cons: When I booked the room it stated breakfast was included. When I checked in the attendant said no. I was given handicap room with construction noise all day long. The air conditioner/heater was very noisy.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The room was nice. The on site restaurant was operating on limited schedule. We had to order in from local eatery.
Cons: I had to ask for service you would consider standard. Coffee, extra towels, ect.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: great location
Cons: I disliked paying for parking.
Good 7.0
Pros: great location, clean, comfortable bed
Cons: the fridge was barely functional, the hot tub was out of service. Dinner was limited hours.
Okay 4.0
Pros: the property was a good location.. close to pike and Capitol Hill
Cons: I had to complain twice about the cleanliness of the bed. They asked if I wanted to switch rooms instead of being the complicating guest I first just asked for clean linens thinking that wouldn’t be an issue
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Front desk staff was exceptional!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room and bathroom toiletries.
Okay 5.6
Unclean room. Stupid key for elevatot, loud construction noise.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Prompt and friendly customer service!
Cons: Loved everything!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location and price
Cons: No housekeeping service after we were promised it. Had to go to front desk to get new towels after two days. Front desk staff was rude and never bothered to explain why the room wasn't cleaned.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Being close to the freeway. Cleanliness of the room
Cons: The elevator could have been cleaner.
Mediocre 3.6
Hotel was way too far from the downtown area. For the 3 night stay the room was not cleaned and they blame it on covid pandemic even though the hospital rooms are cleaned an hour it is vacated, so I think our hotel room should be cleaned everyday an hour after we leave the room for the day. It was a dismay coming to a hugely room with trash never emptied out and bed never made. I shouldn’t have to make my hotel bed when I’m on vacation !!!!! Btw you couldn’t get COVID from cleaning a room just FYI for the hotel staff that cleans the room !!!
Excellent 10.0
two main factors I rely on when traveling with my own car - reasonable price for the stay + onsite parking. I looked at plenty of hotels in Seattle (downtown area) & this was one of the few that offered on-site (lower level) garage parking where you need your room key to badge the gates open/closed. We felt super safe here & walked everywhere (except when we went out of town for hikes). Super friendly staff, you can never go wrong with the Hilton!
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to Virginia Mason and the ease of parking.
Cons: This state has opened from Corona Virus. The restaurant was only opened for breakfast. I am handicapped so room service would have helped. Also, I fell in the tub. There was no rubber mat or enough grab bars! There was mold in the tiles around the tub.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The front desk service was so pleasant and answered all of our questions.
Cons: Nope
Excellent 9.0
Pros: My overall experience at the hotel was pretty good. Nice staff, cleanliness and good amenities.
Cons: The only thing I didn¿t like is that their restaurant wasn¿t open most of my stay there. When I asked the front desk (twice) if the restaurant was going to be open or if it was still closed, no one seemed to know. Other than that it was good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good room size, nice bathroom, has pool.
Cons: Hot tub didn¿t work
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and staff Hospistality
Cons: Not enough staffs for all the service. Parking is safe and roomy
Good 7.0
Pros: interior was nice
Cons: hand picked this hotel for restaurant and bar and it was closed! panty items expensive also
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and staff were both wonderful
Cons: The pool was by reservation only, and there were never any open slots
Good 7.0
Cons: The air conditioner constantly made a noise.
Good 6.0
Pros: We were held up in traffic for hour w 3 kids crying. Had to turn around. They didn't help w a refund
Cons: Snotty
Good 7.0
Pros: Centrally located, front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Cons: coffee area in room was not clean and there was hair on the courtesy shampoo bottle
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location is great.
Cons:  the man working at the front desk.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Communication is poor. Parking is heinous. Rooms agave inaccurate descriptions
Good 7.0
Cons: My room was not serviced at all while my stay. Very disappointed.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room
Cons: The attitude of the front desk people
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: There was a construction at across the street and noise went on all night.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location was great for walking to everything, valet service was convenient.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was good for me
Cons: Requested a room with two beds four days prior and this did not happen on arrivall.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location was great - parking on the street was readily available and within walking distance of where we wanted to explore.
Cons: The dirty sock under the sheets of our bed - that was def deal breaker for us, and the staff that seemingly didn't care to address the issue.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness and parking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and parking was very expensive in the garage.
Good 6.0
Pros: The bed was comfy
Cons: Hot tub was not working, they did nothing to try and fix it, parking was not included
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was good and the rooms were nice.
Cons: $40+ for parking at the hotel everyday seems excessive.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Come up to do the tourist things that this lovey city has to offer and was able to walk to all major landmarks that took about 30 mins The staff were kind and very helpful. Will be staying at a Garden Inn again
Cons: The cleaning services took too long to come clean our room but they did a great job.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: PROS: - The staff were helpful for providing directions to getting to parking and room. - Location was convenient for our activities (near Westlake Center). - Bar was good and convenient with good happy hour. - Inviting lobby to hang out in with couches, chairs, tables, and fire place. - Modern finishes in the hotel. - Did not visit pool/exercise room so no comment. - Impressed overall with hotel. - Bottom Line: We would stay here again
Cons: CONS: - The room we had looked right out to another building (not a huge deal though). - No other cons that I can think of.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Very clean, very new, breakfast was nice, held my bags for me. Service was very pleasant
Cons: Not in their control at the moment; a club nearby was pumping bass until 3am. Nearby construction makes it slightly harder to navigate.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff, big room, fantastic location, new everything, slept like a baby. Treated extremely well. Highly recommended!
