Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as unpleasant odors. Service was also a major issue, with reports of unresponsive or absent staff and difficulties with check-in. However, several guests appreciated the hotel's central location, finding it convenient for short stays or transit. Bathrooms were frequently criticized for being small, old, or poorly maintained. Overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service far outweighed the positives, but the location was a redeeming factor for some.AI-generated from customer reviews
