Pros (+) They were able to get us in at the last minute. Updated rooms, great breakfast, and the hotel accommodated many different travelers.
Cons (-) The room had a musty smell being next to the pool. The bathroom smelled of urine. It would be great if they illiminated the bed skirts. We almost got locked out because the 2nd key was not activated.

Cons (-) Booked my room through Kayak. When I arrived the front desk gave me a rate significantly higher than what I had already paid through Kayak. When I brought that to the attention of the hotel staff they did not even try to solve the problem. The employee said I would have to contact Kayak.
