Pros (+) The location and price are perfect. Loved the decor and homey feeling of the place. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Parking is monitored, no one other than guests and police are in the lot. Beautiful hilltop view of the street below. Lots of familiar restaurants in walking distance.
Cons (-) The pillows were too soft and flat. There also seems to be a mold problem that needs attention. There was mold on the window curtains from moisture created by the AC unit. The pool was out of service my entire stay. I picked this place because of the location and the indoor pool.

Cons (-) Furniture, floors and elevator was dirty. Breakfast was bad!!! Not a good stay for business.

Cons (-) I found a few hairs in undesirable locations upon first inspection, ie bath tub and bedding.
