Absolutely nothing could be done better! It was an absolute perfect stay we loved it! We did a birthday getaway for my girl, I had mentioned it to the front desk worker and she went and got a little gift bag and a birthday card for her! The whole stay was completely perfect!! We loved it!!!!

Pros (+) Most employees I interacted were nice and friendly. Majority were not.
Cons (-) Better cleaning, and drugs/alcohol checks on every floor. My floor reeked marijuana.

Cons (-) The only problem I had was that they didn't have any cleanser bottles in the gym facility. So I was unable to sanitize equipment before and after use. I asked the girl at the spa desk and she said they clean everything at the end of the day, and was surprised that I was asking for cleanser. EVERY gym I'm ever been to has cleanser so I found this to be very odd at such a nice place.
