The hotel was unkempt, carpets were dirty. Our room smelled horrible. It was small & cramped. We were to stay 3 nights but moved to another hotel the next day
The location of the hotel was nice as it was very close to riverside restaurants and the CBD. The hotel is about a 20min walk from Circular Quay. Overall the staff were accommodating, especially when we advised them that the air-conditioner in our room was not working. They promptly changed us to another room that had a wonderful skyline view of the city! The breakfast selection was ample, which plenty of options to chose from.
The rooms were quite basic yet practical. For 1-2 night stay it is more than sufficient
The Ibis is a fairly budget level hotel so I don't have high expectations. Nonetheless I was greeted by a very professional & friendly staff member when I checked in. I was happy to stay there and will do so again. it suits my needs perfectly for a short stay in Sydney.
The weather was terrible but the location was fabulous.
The room was smallish but adequate.
Not happy from the get go.old suites air con not working told we were getting upgrade and just went opposite side of hallway to same rooms and still problems with aircon.not happy if you want our future business some kind of refund in good faith needs to be looked at.we are a big group and news travels.A.P
Look above.but b fast was ok
