Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing important sites. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting special gestures that made their stay memorable. While cleanliness was generally satisfactory, there were some concerns about room and bathroom conditions in a few reviews. Breakfast quality received mixed feedback, with several guests disappointed by cold or unappealing options. Bed comfort was also a point of criticism for some, with mentions of old or uncomfortable mattresses and, in one case, bed bugs. Cons (-) AC stopped working in middle of the night. We alerted staff the next day and the t was fixed while we were away. We never had hot water at the bathroom sink. In fairness, we never notified the staff about the problem.

Pros (+) Just the receptionists - guy who took my feedback when I checked out and seemed sincerely upset that I had a bad experience and the lady receptionist who produced the bedroom slippers when housekeeping rudely said there was none. Other than that, I was totally ripped off. I know the holidays bring volume, but the hotel should've been prepared for that. If you can't handle it, don't book additional...
Cons (-) Booked this for NYE, our first time in Sydney, Australia, at that. Paid a hefty AUD3000 given the holiday and received a rude response with no explanation on the first night from housekeeping when I requested for bedroom slippers. Was told they ran out but reception managed to produce 2 pairs the next morning for me (reception was actually quite helpful). Used, empty glasses, utensils were left on...
