Location.
Shabby. Wallpaper peeling every where. No toilet roll holder. Small, uncomfortable double bed shoved against two wall due to the tiny space. This was due to a disabled bathroom we didn’t ask for. AC programmed to shutoff about midnight. Had to ague long and hard to get a new room. The view speaks for itself.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed with lovely fresh bed linen . Will stay here again next time i visit Sydney. Excellent value for money. Recommend it!
