Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel with even better staff. Location is the best in Tel Aviv.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Being met by friendly and attentive staff. And when you have been there Before it’s a kind of “home-coming” meeting the same staff as half a year Ago. Proof of a good working environment. Flexibility, high service level and Great happy hour!
Cons: Uh ... difficult... actually leaving the hotel to go home. Honestly - we have no complaints- that’s why we keep coming back to Rotchild 71!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice pleace, friendly staff, very good location. I recomend to all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stayed here several times over the years. Great location, large and comfortable rooms and great staff.
Excellent 10.0
The registration once you enter is a room which could be a comfortable room where you'll have a wine, coffee, studied papers and banter with other visitors. The warmest welcome I ever gotten - it's like remaining with great companions. The staff is exceptionally mindful and attempt to assist with any ask. The room was open and indeed had a Nespresso machine with units. The area cannot be beaten. You're literally within the center of Tel Aviv and can walk anyplace from the lodging. Furthermore, Rothschild is such a wonderful street. Breakfast is served at the eatery within the front of the building. It was fair beautiful. We couldn't blame anything with the hotel and were satisfied with the esteem for cash.
Excellent 8.5
The hotel is well located in the center of Tel Aviv. The beach is a short cab ride away and the hotel will provide you with towels and other beach accessories. Our executive suite was large, but with a tiny bathroom. Water pressure and shower was great. The view was of the wall of the building across the alley, but that was okay. The staff was helpful and you meet all sorts of characters at the nightly cocktail hour. Snacks in lobby available all day long. We opted to have breakfast at Landwers Cafe 2 blocks away. Very good food and service. Bedding was nice and crisp. Robes, slippers, etc. All provided.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!

Cons: DAY TRIPPERS AT THE POOL
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel excellent location very good restaurant in house.
Cons: Service is good not amazing. Pool area a bit cramped
Excellent 9.6
Best hotel experience we had in TLV after staying in many hotels during the recent years. Amazing service, facilities, location and cleanliness level.
Excellent 10.0
Have just spent 21 days at this exceptional establishment in the center of Tel Aviv. Love the position. Close to Boulevard Rothschild, Carmel Markets and a 20 minute stroll to the beach. Besides the hotel being beautifully appointed there is a lovely outdoor dining area as well as a garden for hotel guests. A peaceful haven in buzzy Tel Aviv. The pool area is divine, with a great view over the rooftops of Tel Aviv. Service is excellent, efficient and friendly with staff bending over backwards to accommodate. My 4th visit and as fabulous as ever. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
You will not find better in Tel Aviv. We work with luxury event and clients from all over the world and have tried nearly every hotel in Israel from the large 5 star to other boutique and mid size properties, with small groups, big groups and families. The Norman is superb, on all levels. Rooms are stylish but feel homely, you feel great the minute you enter the hotel and the rooms, they are clean and full of natural light, plush linen and all the amenities you may need, turn down services, great mini bar and quality glass bottled water, staff on call for anything extra all day 24/7. Breakfast is delicious in a beautiful courtyard with lots of buffet variety and eggs to order. Pool is sublime on roof top with a view of Tel aviv that is unique. Finally staff have all made a huge effort to serve well and be attentive to guests. The team have been working here for while a now as i have stayed many times here and its getting better each stay, they greet you by your name and always happy to help with valet car parking, suggestions for outings, kids needs, or just sending to tea into your room. This visit, we happened to meet Yaron the general manager who took a genuine interest in our stay and was happy to ask is there anything we had to suggest for improvement, a sign of the spirit of caring and professional service you don't find everywhere in Israel. We were also assisted with a later check out this time, they wanted to be sure we were rested before the long flight. I would highly recommend the Norman for an amazing stay in tel aviv and well worth the room rates they charge. Its the small thing that seem to make a big difference here. Its really an amazing small luxury hotel of the world by any standard.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Center, clean, quiet, comfy-very recommended Those with a car there is a free parking at the hotel -2 but, a small one so first arive win a space the others have to find other parking in the aria
Cons: Few little things not worth mentioned
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice design, great location
Cons: Windows are not really holding back any noise
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room I stayed in is impeccably designed, everything smelled really nice. Cleanliness is very important these days when traveling, the staff is helpful just enough. The atmosphere is not snobby or too buttoned-up, even though the demographic who stays at this hotel seems to be on the middle-class to upper-class.
Cons: I suppose the only thing I could really hold against Hotel 65 is the location. Rothschild Blvd is a bit of a messy area, I think that if we could have this hotel on HaYarkon St, that would be even better, or near Dizzengoff, but you can't have everything, can you?
Okay 5.0
Pros: near my son
Cons: it was extremely expensive for what I received
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location Very friendly staff Amazing breakfast Loved the eighth floor balcony
Cons: Small bathroom
Excellent 9.2
Overall, 65 is a great hotel. It’s located beautifully, between Neve Tzedek, Dizengoff and Shenken, so the perfect hub for exploring Tel Aviv. The staff, especially Goldie on reception, are extremely friendly and very helpful. Even though it’s part of the Atlas Group, it has a family-owned vibe to it. There is an issue with the size of the rooms and bathrooms though. I booked a single room, but it was a bit like a monk’s cell, with nowhere to hang clothes. I upgraded to a double-room, which Goldie was very helpful with, and that was excellent, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. However, the bathroom was very compact. It was very nice, just a bit snug - and I’m 5ft and about 10 stone. Not sure how a bigger person would squeeze past the sink to get into the shower. The breakfast was very good and very Israeli. The restaurant is extremely popular with non-residents too, so the ground floor is usually buzzing. Overall, I’d recommend staying at 65.

I'll make it short: We spent two nights in Lily & Bloom Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was our best stay in Israel at all. Beautiful hotel, very well located, excellent service, very friendly staff. We can recommend it and would definitely come back.
Excellent 10.0
The combination of comfortable beds and our own air conditioning control meant that we slept really well. The staff could not have been more welcoming!! They all went out of their way to make our trip the best possible experience. There was a bottle of cava on ice in our room when we arrived, which was a fabulous way to start our holiday. The balcony/terrace outside of our room was perfect for enjoying an evening drink. The staff was full of great recommendations for sights and restaurants. The hotel is in the perfect location for enjoying great restaurants and seeing the sights.

Pros: central. friendly and safe. next to the mall
Cons: minimal amenities in the room.

Excellent 8.8
According to the web-site we thought there is hotel pool that is open also for children. We were very disappointed to find out pool is part of Holmes Place and not in the hotel and allowed only for 18 years old and above!
Excellent 9.6
Have been to Tel-Aviv many times. First time staying at this hotel. Great location in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Easy to get anywhere from here. A lot of food options in the mall Next door and close to the Sarona market. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating which is not always the case in Israel. Would stay here again.
Excellent 9.2
Apart from small delay at checkin, due to computers being down (certainly not their fault) every thing went very smoothly. No need to to contact anybdy with queries as everthing worked as you would expect in a hotel of this class.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms
Cons: Central location but not very close to attractions (except a mall) Most prefer to stay at the beach
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super g
Cons: Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was elegant and clean. Loved the gym. Food was (too) plentiful and delicious.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was spacious, super comfortable, and satisfying in every way. It's a bit of a walk to the main tourist areas, but has a nearby mall and market.
Cons: The staff was unreasonably slow checking guests in.
Excellent 10.0
I was here for a few nights for a business trip. Very clean hotel and room. Service at Desk and elsewhere was good responsive and helpful. The location was just 3 minutes from where my business meetings were, and was located close to food and grocery. Room was very nice, bathroom and shower were great. Bed was very comfortable. They don't skimp on the pillows. They have a bar in the lobby, which I used. The bartender was very friendly. Draft beer was fresh (they take care of their lines, judging by the draft beer). Our rate allowed us to use the business lounge. Had I gone there the first night, I probably wouldn't have eaten anywhere else - I haven't seen a free spread like that in any other business lounge. Dinner time it had good sandwiches, salads. I had room service one night. The mixed grill was fantastic. It is a little pricey, but it's a pretty good hotel. I felt I got what I paid for and then some. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
If you want an experience in a lifetime, stay here. The staff is super friendly, there is a gym and spa on the 10th floor that I am a frequent visitor to. They have a wide variety of services to offer, to include anything from personal trainers to spin class. They have a restaurant/bar on the 11th floor with a breakfast bar and a excellent dinner menu. On the 20th floor you can pay to have access to a business lounge that serves snack and beverages throughout the day. There is also computers access and a conference room for small meetings. It is centrally located next to the Israeli city center mall with a rooftop cinema, shopping and a kids water park/fun world. There is also a small convenience store directly out of the front door of the hotel. They offer tours to Jerusalem, Bethlehem and the Dead Sea. It's about a five minute walk from the train station that can take you to local tour sites. They also have shuttle that runs on all even hours to and from the local beach. This place has it all. It is the only place I will stay while in Tel Aviv. I could go on and on! Great place!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I am a business traveler and frequently stay at Crowne Plaza for extended stays. They staff there is very accommodating and the rooms and business lounge are very nice. Highly recommend to stay there.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean and fresh linens
Cons: Dinner was overpriced
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The location was fantastic. The pool and spa was great. In the business lounge the food was delicious. The staff was helpful.
Cons: There was nothing not to like
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Very good service and spacious room.
Cons: The restaurant on the 11th floor was a bit pricey, the food was okay, the service was very good.

We highly recommend the Vital Hotel. We recently returned from a one day stay and it was awesome. We stayed in a suite this time - spacious and immaculate with a view of the Mediterranean. Our room was quiet and peaceful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We love the location across the street from the hotel we rented bicycles and explored the city. A bike ride away is Yarkon Park. Amazing bike trails, toward the beach or toward the forest. There are 2 great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The Sarona Market is about a 15-minute walk and Kikar Ha Medina, a local park and the boutique shopping area a short walk away. The fitness center associated with the hotel is comparable to a top-rated gym in the US. Special thanks to Avi and Ayelet and we look forward to our next stay!
Excellent 10.0
Location, While not one of those beach area hotels, it is also very central and has a 'neighborhood' mall right next to it. 10 min walk to the Tel Aviv museum of art, and the opera and theater not sure of exact names. Staff: All very helpful and friendly, esp. The front desk and housekeeping. Business lounge: I found this very useful. Open till 10 pm daily. Gym: Great gym for hotel customers at the mall next to the hotel. Breakfast: Good, but the range of food could be a little better or some changes once in a while. Conclusion: 5/5 for everything except breakfast (4/5 or 4.5/5) Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

Pros: I recommend 100% this hotel everything was perfect the front service really nice and helpful, the location is close of everything and the main service good. I will go again with my close eyes 😊
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Cons: all was good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice hotel. clean and good breakfast
Cons: The only thing nothing around, no coffee place, stores etc
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient for one night stay
Cons: Exit from parking was a nightmare.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and great refreshment bar.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Excellent 10.0
It is co-located with a small shopping mall in a building that is inside the security gate of a large hospital complex, so arriving for the first time seems kind of complicated. I wish I had caught the name of the young man at the front desk because he was tremendously helpful and welcoming. Our room was fresh, clean and new looking. The bed was very comfortable, and there were adequate plugs easily available for our electronics. We like to sleep cool, so we very much appreciated the ability to control our own room temperature. The hotel has a “happy hour” in the evenings, which is really light dinner. We had no need to get out to get more. The Israeli breakfast was very good - actually it was impressive.
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was great. The room was large, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The shower needs some serious cleaning. It is really not that close to the airport. It is easily a 20-30 minute taxi ride which cost $50. There is nothing nearby so there is really not much to do or see if you have a few hours to kill.
Excellent 10.0
We choose the Sadot Hotel as it was closest to the airport, which was our meeting place the next day. I couldn't have made a better choice. The receptionist, I believe his name tag said Harry, was great. Wonderful sense of humor and really made us feel welcome and explained everything thoroughly. He also made our reservation for the car to the airport the next day. Room was great, evening 'happy hour and snacks' was actually a dinner for us, and breakfast the next day was perfect. We are staying there overnight at the conclusion of our trip here before flying back to the Rome the next day.
Excellent 10.0
We stayed here for 3 nights on the recommendation of some friends. It is fairly close (15 min.) to the airport and adjoins a medical complex. The food at breakfast and snacks in the evening (all complimentary) was delicious--definitely high-end. The room was extremely clean and the beds dreamy. Several employees helped us with various concerns such as finding taxis, etc., and were very hospitable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. Thanks, Sadot! This is a seriously underrated hotel. We stayed here because we had an early flight from Ben Gurion the next morning and it appears to be the closest hotel to the airport. We were a bit surprised at the price which seemed a bit high but in the absence of any other hotel we went for it. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and the receptionist made several helpful suggestions. We will certainly return to the hotel and can thoroughly recommend it. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice rooms, wonderful bathroom, everything working like a charm, very pleasant lobby, excellent breakfast. Completely unexpected quality. Underground garage.
Cons: Entrance somewhat hard to find.
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Close to Airport.
Cons: 1. Location extremely difficult to find. 2. No place to pull up and unload luggage. 3. Parking garage difficult to locate, far from entrance to hotel. 4. A very long way from parking to hotel which is on 3rd floor of mini mall. 5. Staff very rude, unhelpful and uncaring. 6. Mattress very soft and flimsy. 7. Hair found in shower upon arrival. 8. Toilet had not been flushed upon arrival.

Good 7.0
Cons: We asked for a small kettle to make tea but the reception told us there isn't any. That was a bit disappointing. We couldn't even make tea.
Good 7.0
Pros: very good central location
Cons: very thin walls, you can hear everything from the corridor and adjacent rooms
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: location was good
Cons: super noisy (sound from bar below and from the street), rooms not soundproof at all. asked reception to move to a different room (I stayed in room 204), was told it’s not possible. beds small and uncomfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is very clean quite and in great location. The staff are friendly And very helpful. This is my second visit and I will Most definitely return. Great hotel. And thanks for the coffee and cookies
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago!
Cons: No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was large and the shower was perfect. I loved the robe and slippers too!
Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner on the bathroom floor and mirror.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: breakfast was ok. location is good.
Cons: first to clarify all review was sent to the hotel (via their system asking automatically customer feedback ) - but no response after two weeks.. - cleanliness room, bathroom and also public area as toilet at the lobby and even the hotel enteranceroom seems its not maintained for a time. guest support - we ordered two single beds as chosen at the booking for the rooms, but received double bed. on both rooms. contacted the counter and waited more than an hour for someone to come as promised. . after few remindings they showed us another room but the single room was smaller than should be... the bed was not comfortable. hard to sleep. the curtain doesnt cover well the window so the sun gets in and waked you up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, big rooms, comfortable

Excellent 9.0
Cons: No close up makeup mirror
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was super helpful and friendly! location is perfects and the room was super clean and beautiful.
Cons: The checkin desk was in a nearby hotel and not in the hotel itself. Beside that- the experience was super nice:)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Okay 5.4
Pros: Good air conditioning Room was specious
Cons: This is presumably a luxurious and expensive boutique hotel, yet… No breakfast was provided due to COVID-19, but no coffee , pastries or anything else for that matter, were provided, not even bottled water Coffee machine in thr room didn’t work but no answer from front desk Old towels. No extra pillows, yet, no answer from front desk. We visited several hotels in Tel-Aviv before, all provided much better experience and service. Very disappointing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel with lots of restaurants close by and walking distance from Carmel Market. Only wished we could spend another couple of days.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: We took the largest room which was big and comfortable, there was no bath tub or facilities that made it feel like a suite other than the fact that it was a bigger room and there was a balcony.
Cons: Breakfast is not on the property (we didn’t take breakfast) however thankfully so. No bathtub, bathroom was small.
Good 7.5
Pros: The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of the city! This also means that it’s a bit noisy...
Cons: The internet was very poor, not enough bandwidth and signal. The tv is operated via internet so it didn’t work properly, the image was frozen frequently. When we raised it with the reception they told us to come downstairs and use the internet their.. which is not practical nor helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were particularly charming. Lovely sitting room facilities
Cons: The room was a little cold at night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice reception, nice location and fancy facilities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the beverages available all day.... teas, fresh flavored water.
Cons: No breakfast or snacks..
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Next to the room there's "public" toilet and you can hear it from the room. Also, the staff is around there, early morning too (5am) and it woke me up a few times. Lastly, a huge amount of water flows out of the shower, flooding the bathroom.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was super friendly. Hotel is clean and reliable.
Cons: Laundry cost was offensive. Room was fine. Not overly comfortable but fine. But an overall great value for money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I LOVED this hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating - they made sure I was settled and attended to my every need. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with really cool design in the rooms - I wish my apartment looked like this! The location was also ideal, especially if you like walking around - it is about a 20-30 minute walk from the Jaffa port and a less than 10 minute walk from the shuk.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Easy check in/out through the website. Room clean and comfortable, very spacious. Absolutely great location very close to Rothschild avenue.
Cons: There was no water cooler to fill out a water bottle although the stuff was very helpful and let us feel our battle from there water cooler in the office.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The service from the receptionist was very good. She was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The actual furniture is not that impressive but it's nice to have a room that has both a bedroom and a "living room". The location is wonderful, next to the main street of Rothschild but still in a quiet area.
Cons: The facilities just aren't that great. The place could use a renovation. But I guess that's the trade-off for a large room at a reasonable price.
Excellent 8.8
We enjoyed our stay in the Diaghilev. The suite we had on the sixth floor was very nice, with a great city view from the balcony. The only things missing were a shower cap in the bathroom (!) and a proper espresso machine (the days of instant coffee sachets and a kettle are surely over, no?). Style-wise, I would change the curtain on the cupboard in the bedroom (a simple, plain colour -- say, bright pink, like the surface of the desk -- would be much better). Staff were very pleasant. The parking lot was very convenient -- only wish it were free for hotel residents. In short, a good no-frills hotel in a great location.
Excellent 8.0
Excellent service and great location. Highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
It's my second time in the Diaghilev. The suits are huge and include a living room and a bedroom which is very nice when you want to spend time in the room. The location is the best and yet the rooms are very quiet.
Excellent 9.2
The room was big, clean and nice. Great location n Tel Avic, clise ti the beach 1 km Stayed for 1 night and loved it.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Creative decorative touches.
Cons: Bathrooms need updating and modernising.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Decor was funky, fun, and artsy.
Cons: Our room was a bit in need of a makeover. Everything worked and it was in good condition but it was a little worn. Other rooms sound like they were better though.
Excellent 9.5
Fantastic service by all staff. Huge studio rooms with all facilities.Breakfast could be bigger and with more variety e.g. cereal.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Not then ample room in the suite
Cons: clthes storage outside of bedroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendliness of staff

Excellent 9.0
Pros: A very nice and cozy hotel, with good facilities. It's located near Tel Aviv's main park and is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. Highly recommended
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast
Cons: Personnel should be friendlier
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very well located, friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed our stay there and looking forward to come again.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The bad was excelent.
Cons: The hotel shows its age and does not look like well maintained.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast and coffee in the lounge
Cons: No desk in the room to work.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, the silence in the room, the lounge at the 9th floor
Cons: We decided to take 2 nights in this hotel because we used it 2 times before, and we were pleased by the services; but this time we were disappointed by the fact that we called in advence, to tell them about our arriving time in the evening ,and despite this, at 11 o' clock in th e night waits for us a freezing room w. a not working heating system. They tried to fix it, unsuccesfully and at 12 o' clock at night we had to pack our things and change the room.We told them that we have an appointment early in the morning for surgery. It was very unpleasant and disturbing.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They intentionally lie about having parking...they don't. That was a criteria for which I wouldn't have otherwise chosen the hotel! They intentionally lie, and then try to justify it by saying there are paid parking lots nearby. *ANY* hotel in the world can claim that. It's a lie, and it's fraud. The towels are shredded and falling apart. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. The shower didn't drain properly, almost flooding the bathroom each time. They offered a certain credit, then tried to lie again when I went to check out by claiming they never made such an offer. Fortunately, I had it in writing and the desk agent chose to disobey a direct instruction from a manager and honor it. Never mind parking...there isn't even a place to pull up a car to stop and unload. I tried to park at the entrance to a nearby parking lot because I couldn't just stop and block traffic on the street, and I was subjected to a screaming verbal tirade from some person who came into the hotel. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.

Okay 4.0
Pros: The hotel has a great potential but it looks like it was neglected for a while, not sure if only Covid or even before. You can see that items just went old or were renovated badly. We couldn’t use to porch for example since it was ruined.
Cons: Many items are just old or not highly maintained, the bath leaked but the shower was great, some of the furniture looks bad, and since we stayed over the weekend the Saturday morning breakfast wasn’t worth the money we spent on it 😕
Good 6.0
Pros: - The location is very good. - The design of a well-renovated historical conservation building (but it will be noted that 10 years have passed). - The staff at the service desk is very friendly
Cons: - The corner is noisy at night. Without good the windows are well airtight, the same is heard - The rooms do not have a minibar (they explained that it is for a while). - The ceiling had stains from the air conditioning: lack of maintenance! - Breakfast was very simple, no option for vegans, the bread was not fresh. It was kind of messy.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The rooms was in bad shape, no mini bar, no water, no hot water in the shower.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: No cleaning on 3rd day despite phone calls. Interrupting us at 3.30 pm on a Saturday afternoon
Okay 4.0
Cons: the tv remote channel button did not work .the fridge was worm .water didn'tl stop to spilling out of the shower. The handel of the closet fell on my foot.i mentioned those problems when i checked out .i am sure they would have give a other room i had mention it before but i still think these kind of thinga should not happen .
Excellent 8.5
Alma is a cute hotel if you want something stylish, small and boutique. Rooms are small and cost. Well decorated and clean with nice furnishings. Ambience is relaxed and friendly. Only two downsides. No free bottle is water in the room you have to purchase. This would not be a problem usually but there is no bar or restaurant so you are mandated to buy from the mini bar. Second downside is no breakfast facility but you get instead a voucher for a cafe around the corner which is fine and the quality is great.
