Pros: Florentin House is a great base from where to explore Tel Aviv, both the new and the old part. It is advertised as a hostel, but definitely has a hotel feel to it in terms of interior design. The rooms were very comfortable, simple yet chique. We loved the rain shower in the bathroom! Staff was extremely helpful, upon arrival we were even given two vouchers for a free beer at the hotel bar.

Pros: High spec boutique hotel. Beds solid. Bathroom not just clean, stylish.
Cons: The photos are out of date. There’s isn’t a restaurant in the hotel anymore. Looks like there is a ramen restaurant in all their marketing but is now a reception and bar which only offers 10% off to guests when most bar on the street have a buy one get one free happy hours. So why would you drink there? Give a better deal guys or you loose captive business. I would have drunk there as lots of cool people staying there x

Cons: Just once or twice there was no ordinary milk available in the upstairs kitchen, so it made it difficult to make tea and coffee. However, the staff member behind the bar was able to give us some on one of these occasions.

Pros: Nice hostel located close to Jaffa, Florentin and Neve Tzedek by foot. ALso good location for morning runs at the beach. Friendly staff and nice roof terracce. We came twice, first we had a small double room, but for private rooms the apartment of Florentine in the neighbour building is even better if you want it quiet. Maybe just as when booking if you can get this one.

Pros: It was affordable, good breakfast in the morning, good terrace with happy hour, easy to meet people. Inside was clean, had good artwork and they were friendly.
Cons: No towels in the room, place to leave the bags is just out on the terrace under a cover (however they do have lockers). The neighborhood was the industrial center of tel aviv so it doesn’t look very inviting or safe but it is anyways. Better for single travelers than couples.

Pros: This is a great hotel for those traveling on a budget. It has a bit of a hostel feel to it, some rooms one may share a bathroom. I booked a room with its own bath, it had a balcony, TV and mini kitchen area. the bed was firm and sheets clean. Hotel is next to a supermarket, total bonus for eating well and cheaply, its a few blocks to the beach and there is a bus stop out front for larger trips. Staff was amazing, spoke many languages, were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. It is in Tel Aviv and there are cars, busses, motos and the like, If you're looking for a quiet place you'll need to spend much more and go elsewhere. If one is looking for a secure place to sleep and call home for a few days this was great.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful reception staff, and efficient cleaners. Great location 2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Dizengoff. Bus lines on the street so getting around TA is so easy. The hotel sent us a message shortly before our arrival date to let us know the best way to access to hotel from the airport, very thoughtful gesture. There is also a lounge and small terrace on the 1st floor where guests can have complementary coffee or tea. Our room was on the 4th floor, very quiet, which is unusual for a place the heart of the city. Very important: there IS an elevator although there is no mention of it in the description, so I suggest that the hotel manager add that important fact to the description. I highly recommend this comfortable, hospitable, competitively priced hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helped us printing the flight tickets and getting a taxi to the airport with a closed price, which we consider important because you can get quite some traffic in the city and we don't like surprises.
Cons: Nothing to worry about really, but just to mention something: - The room needs some maintenance, a bit of paint to remove some marks on the walls. The ceiling also needs a hand as there are some humidity bubbles. Nothing important but that would be nice. - The door of the bathroom cannot be fully opened and hits a girder on the ceiling, that you never notice until of course, you hit it. A sliding door will be perfect for this.

Pros: The atmosphere was nice.
Cons: Far too expensive for what you get for a double room. It should costs 2-3 times less. I paid 55 euros what should be 25 maximum. The breakfast it's not good at all. The showers are in a status, that it's not ok and would ask just a little care.

Cons:
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff are so kind, helpful and nice
Cons: There are so many long term guests here. I don't think that is good management for a hostel that is described as being backpacker friendly, not everyone is on the same vibe and it's not good management. Sadly some of the long term guests were heavily invasive, downright racist, rude and misogynistic. I understand management can't change the views or opinions of it's guests but don't advertise a backpacker friendly hostel full of long term guests. But please know the staff are wonderful and the place has potential to be great with better guest management

Pros: Convenient, provided, what I needed. Easy check in, close to Jaffa.
Cons: It would be nice to have curtains in the shower, so that not everything gets wet. Also a small nightstand or chair or small shelf in the room would be nice, to put things on.

Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: All was broken, dirty, not for humans, it should be for animals, also you wrote that you dont accept animals but i surprised to see a dog in the reception area and in the near room, no lights in all the bath rooms, i can't write all thing its the worrest hostel i had tried ever.

Pros: Ron is a really good guy-i came here on my first day to Israel and he took the time (45 min) to help me develop a plan on what I should do and even described the history of some sights. The hostel itself is in the best location-close to bars and the bus!

We do not recommend this place. Save your money.
After u do the booking u think uv got a good price but then u discover theres more unreasonable fees.!!!!
We had to pay around 30 dolars EXTRA for preparation... Really???
Which we found out when we checked our credit card...
We took a double bed shared bathroom which on the site and mail we recieved ment to have a tv with premium channels but when we asked why the tv doesnt work they said the rooms dont have tv channels .
The room is on the second floor of a falling apart building with no elevator... Really bad if u have lagguage as we did... The room wasnt that clean specially if u chatge extra 30 dolars...
Long story short
NOT RECOMMENDED.... NO VALUE FOR MONEY....AND EXTRA FEES MAY APLLY which will double the price u thought ur going to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look for another hostel

Pros: Only location. And free parking space.
Cons: The room was smelly and dirty. Anything in the room seemed clean. We wish we didn’t pay the money the first moment we entered the room but there was a big sign on the entrance “No refunds”. Other travellers were also complaining about the dirtiness of the place. This place only deserves 1/10 of its price. They left the window open before we came and there were cockroaches other side of the window. And no net on the window. Find another place.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very good location, only a few minutes walk from the beach, and no more than 10 minutes from Carmel Market. Breakfast included (although it's just a sandwich, I paid 20sh for Israeli breakfast). Generally clean.
Cons: The (private) room was pretty basic, and on the small side. I expected a bit more for the price, but I guess Tel Aviv is simply more expensive than other places in Israel which offer better value for money.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed. Very pleasant bar/coffee/breakfast area. Excellent location. Staff ok.
Cons: Place has a certain charm but needs a good renovation and paint job.
