Cons: I reserved a king non smoking room. When I arrived I was told I booked a smoking room. No other kings were available so we were stuck with a queen room yet still paid the same price. Asked for an extra pillow and was told there were no extra pillows.

Cons: my room wasn't ready when i checked in.
