Cons:

There was something wrong between Kayak and Thrifty and when we got there to get our car they did not have any car matching the description and they charged us more to get a better car. And the insurance that we got from your website together with the car rental was NOT accepted!!! Worst experience car rental ever

There wasn't anyone at the to arrange a shuttle or anything. Worst of all, when I manage to make an international call from Uruguay to US from my cell, the company representative was completely useless and offered me to call a local number and deal with it myself ;( Ended up getting a car from Europ

They didn't have the van I reserved and I had to get 2 cars and we had to ride with the luggage inside the cars because it did t fit. It was horrible. The cars where super dirty also.

Cons:

I bought the insurance I was offered during the booking process. Since I had that covered, I asked Thrifty NOT to add any insurance on the contract. Since they don't trust any other insurance policy "other than the ones they sell", they request that I provide a credit card where they can BLOCK 7,500 USD (That is seven thousand five hundred dollars!) UN-BELIEVABLE!
