Pros (+) The staff makes up for any perceived shortfall in amenities. We requested a room on a lower floor and they did their best to accommodate us with a room on the second floor. We booked for one night only to begin our Venice stay a day earlier than originally planned, we were lucky to get a bed here on such short notice. We left something behind in the room and did not realize it until over 24 hours ...
Cons (-) We knew booking that there were four floors with no lift, but they do their best to accommodate senior requests for lower floors. There was a courtyard being used by a bar, below our window. We thought the noise might be a nuisance but there was good music and they did not party too late.
