Drop off was mediocre , customer service over the phone if told me with restriction if I am later 1 minutes after 11:29 pm I will be charge . I made it 11:27 and they’re trying to rip me off with charge after a long day of frustration and make me wait longer than I suppose too ....Alamo

Pick up was awful. We had to wait over 2hrs to get a car even though we confirmed it the previous day with the local agent. Drop of was fine.Cons:
You need to have more cars on the lot or better ways to obtain one if they are not turned in on time which was the case in our instance. We were not offered a reduced rate or anything for our inconvenience. It was an awful experience!Budget

Pros:
Staff are unfriendly. The pick-up is inconvenient and disorganized. There is garbage and standing water all over the parking garage and car rental area. We didn't get the car we booked. We had no assistance with our child seat. The car we picked up was dirty and not in great shape. The overall pick up experience took more than an hour. I hate you all.Cons:

Drop off was smooth other than the fact employee checked out customer who returned car after me first as he was more aggressive to the window.Cons:
Wait time for car, I reserved in advance, was well over an hour. Then desk staff asked me if I wanted to wait “ for my car” or take a mid size SUV upgrade. I asked if there was a charge, she said yes yet could not tell me how much til she ran my credit card. Then proceeded to tell me it was$11 more for the wkd, and at frustration to just get a car I agreed. My car was not an upgrade as I was to have an intermediate suv like “ a Nissan Rogue”. In fact I got a compact Nissan Kicks which my 6’5” passenger hardly fit. Just irritated that you charged ME extra, Gabe me a smaller car, and could do so because customers are already angry waiting for so long to get out of the airport8.0 Very Good

My truck had no tags on it. My pickup was for 4 pm, but I vwas told that I would have to either go to the airport in the truck with no tags or wait until someone from the airport could bring it. I couldn't believe they asked me to drive a truck with no tags. Eventually some tags were put on the truck and I was on my way.6.0 Okay

My vehicle was in the shop so needed a last minute vehicle. It was a good size. After cleaning it we were able to use for exactly what was needed a short vacation.Cons:
The car was very dirty, it wasn’t vacuumed. I had to dis infect it when I got it home. The windshield was cracked and drips of drinks and what not on the doors and seats. For having to pay $65 per day it was pretty gross.2.0 Poor

The second van was a new model.Cons:
The lie they tell about having what you reserved when paying in advance. The rudeness of the staff. The wait time for picking up our vehicle and the hassle dropping it off. They dont have a problem taking our money. The amount of money that customers pay they should have excellent customer service. We keeping them employed.
