The service at the counter was good and the car was in perfect shape.Cons:
When I arrive at the airport to pick up my car I was not able to find Hertz anywhere, I had to go out of the airport and still didn’t find it, I started looking online in google maps for the Hertz counter and there wasn’t any Hertz counter at MDE airport, the reservation didn’t had any phone number, and there wasn’t anyone in the airport the knew about Hertz. After making calls to different numbers online, someone from ACE Rent A Car was very friendly and told me that Hertz in MDE was represented by “Localiza rent a car”. This was not indicated at the reservation, neither the airport people were informed about it. Please advice next time, I spend a lot of time looking, and almost had to do another reservation in other rent a car place.NextCar
