Pros: PROS: - Very friendly and helpful host. Received us with a warm smile and offered lots of useful info for hikes and visiting times of nearby sites. - Hotel is about 5-10 minute walking distance from Petra entrance, really great location to make the most of your day visiting the park. - Huge parking lot in front of hotel was very convenient, didn't have to struggle to park our rental car - I was expecting to pay cash since that is what I remember reading on their terms and conditions during booking, but during check in he offered to accept credit card which was much easier for us. Saved our cash for Wadi Rum the next day - Markets and several good restaurants right down the block - Large breakfast buffet with lots of local sweets and deli available for free - Room was comfortable, good shower and wifi.

Pros: Staff very friendly and approachable. Recommended specific hikes in Petra which was excellent. Allowed us to shower on the day of checkout after a long day in Petra- this was highly appreciated. The included breakfast was excellent. The room was okay- expensive for what it was but everything in Wadi Musa is pricey especially closer you get to the main Petra entrance. We walked to Petra everyday (takes about 5-10min) which was the reason we chose this hotel. You can't beat the location.

Pros: The hotel was superb, clean and comfortable. Location was great - only few minutes walk from Petra visitor centre. Oposite hotel is spacious parking place. Staff was very kind and helpful, and you can relay on the owner's recomedations for restaurants, and his advice about visiting Petra. Breakfast was delicious, very good selection of sweet and savoury dishes.

Pros: Perfect stay! Mohammed, the owner, was fantastic - cooperative, attentive, met all our needs. If you travel by bus to Wadi Rum, just tell him and he will arrange it for you. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Coffee and tea - free of charge, available all day. Delicious dinner at reasonable price. 5 mins to the visitor centre.

Pros: Receptionist Mohammad was super nice! He even took me to Bedouin camp which was really beautiful. I enjoyed every second in the hotel! It was in the city center really close to Petra. We even have delicious breakfast.❤️ Hope I am gonna come back one day.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable, clean and well located for entry to Petra. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately the boiler was broken and we had no hot water for the first night of our stay. The following morning it still wasn't working but we were finally able to shower in another room with it's own separate hot water supply. The boiler was fixed and we had hot water for the 2nd night of our stay.

Cons: CONS: - Lock to the door was jammed and they had to send someone to change it for us, we could not open or close the door. Staff was apologetic and quickly fixed it.

Cons: Velour sheets rather than cotton. Not the fault of the property but the walk to the Petra entrance doesn’t have a useable footpath the whole way and means walking on the road a bit. Wouldn’t be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Cons: The room had no window, most appliances in the bathroom broken, while the sewerage was blocked and flooded. If you get room 104, leave immediately.
