Pros:Staff was very friendly. Car was in great condition and clean.Cons:I had a late night flight and the had to walk a ways into the poorly lit parking lot to get my rental car once it was rented. Maybe have the cars moved closer to the terminal especially for late night arrivals.Reviewed 21 Nov. 2020

reserved a compact car or similar...Pros:The price was good so we made reservations online for a compact car. I called to verify and Alamo provided good customer service.Cons:We did not get a compact car, we got an SUV and it just so happens it was a SUV that we particularly do not like. Uncomfortable and spend more on gas than anticipated.Reviewed 23 Mar. 2017

Wrecked SUVPros:I liked the comfort and interior of the vehicleCons:1. Requested a Mid size SUV and received a Full size SUV. 2.Were told by the representative in Great Falls that the vehicle had been checked out and had no issues. When I walked out to the SUV in the dark I could plainly see it had been hit in the side by another vehicle or had sideswiped another vehicle. I went back in and informed the representative who than went in the back and came out and said oh we did document that and then dismissed me. I asked if they had a different suv I could take. He said no that's all they had even though there were multiple Alamo SUVs parked out side.Reviewed 10 Jan. 2017

Previous smokerPros:Car was clean. Pickup and drop off was very easy.Cons:The car had either a previous smoker or whoever cleaned up the car was a heavy smoker. Smell was bad enough to irratate my daughter's throat. As we had to sign that we would not smoke in the car, I didn't appreciate that the smell already smelled like smoke. Otherwise, the car ran good. Pickup and drop off were easy. It handled the icy parking lots/roads good.Reviewed 25 Jan. 2018
