Not transparent at all. Prices there are different. Paid more for insurance than the car. In addition once the itemized cost was given it included a baby seat that I did not request and they would not credit back.Reviewed 24 Oct 2023

Pros:Staff very friendly and easy and fast drop off!Cons:The price!!!! It was a little to expensive for the time of the season and the type of car I rented and how there is no set price to rent a car. I recommend my nephew to rent a car from there too and he got a smaller car, for fewer days and more expensive than my rental.Reviewed 18 Apr 2021

Pros:Staff was good but not very helpful, they gave me a quote over the phone and then try to change me over $300 dollars more of the original reservation o had made. We came to a "negotiable" price but still paid more than expected from the phone quote.Cons:I honestly think they should stick to their prices it's no the first time this happens to me, not by Alamo but all the time is the same. Prices are rediculously higher when you are there to pick up than over the phone or even from the kayak app.Reviewed 27 Jan 2021
