Pros (+) I have to say the staff was superb. I am a prolific traveler to Korea and generally while service is polite and efficient, it tends to be robotic. Aloft impressed me with a level of service which could be described as kind. I especially want to commend Kyle Jin.
Cons (-) Its a good value for the money but would prefer to have a tub.
