Unexpected luxury..we had the family room around $150 for 4 people per night which was a high ceiling loft suitable for the cover of some design magazine and huge!!! Margaret on reception, although rushed to the maximum, was lovely, helpful & accomodating.
We were charged $100 for smoking in the room (unbeknownst to me)

Great location and good price considering this
One of our rooms the heat pump had no remote so would only blow hot air when we needed it for a/c. In this room the window wouldn't even open either so got very hot in there. Other room just had a stand up fan no a/c so also very hot making sleeping difficult
