Location good for transport and lots of hotels, it’s a safer area and less touristy than koh SAn road wich I liked. But everywhere you’d want to visit was easily or cheaply accessible. Cheap and cheerful room- you know what your getting but it’s not fantastic.,
Breakfast was poor, sometimes only one fruit available, poached egg very undercooked( the white was still clear beyonh 2 mm around the edges) no muesli or standard items I expect in hotel breakfast- eg pastries such as croissants. The room we were on carpet was very dated and showed it

It was a five mins walk to the railway station, the hotel room was clean, and of the standard expected of this chain. Wasn’t overwhelming amazing but was nothing that made us unhappy either. A perfectly pleasant stay.
