This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The hotel is beautiful and near everything that gave us a great feel of what Boulder has to offer. Our room was comfy and cozy. We got lucky with a room that has a balcony which had a FANTASTIC view and we were able to dine al fresco out there on our COVID-19 take out meals. The staff, especially the valet men and housekeeping ladies, were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely want to stay here again if life takes us to Boulder.
There really isn't anything to complain about but if I have to pick something, I'd just say that our room was on the fourth floor in the annexed part of the hotel, and the charm of snaking our way through the hallways wore off after the second day of our stay.
It was charming yet up to date, the staff was friendly, and the location was great.
Daily parking is expensive.
The place is ideally located. It looks great and ages well. Breakfast was great! I'd try the Avocado Benedict
- The bedding was old and disgusting. Had stains and torns. - The lady in reception told us we better park in their parking which is $20 a night because parking on the street is limited to 2 hours, even at night. Someone overheard and told us they were lying and parking is actually free 7pm-9am which was great for us.
Very clean and spacious. The rooms were very quiet and pretty. We truly enjoyed our stay. The ease of Valet and being in walking distance to a lot of dining options was great!
Did not like being in the north wing . Will request main building next stay . Otherwise lovely .
