Mantra Terrace Brisbane

Comfy bed! Location of the hotel was not too far to walk into the City centre and very close to the train station. The room was clean and tidy, exactly as imagined and as in photos. Friendly receptionists!

On check-in the receptionist was very nice, and took my payment, however that was about all. There was no information provided regarding, eating at the hotel, no offer to add breakfast or give opening times of the restaurant, even where it was located! She told me which floor my room was on, did not tell me my room number or where this would be when I got to the correct floor. No information was provided in regards to the location of the property and the surrounding area, e.g nearby restaurants, bars, supermarkets or transport options. When I got to my room I found a detailed information leaflet that answered some of the questions so perhaps this is just the way this hotel provides information, it is nicer to hear it in person I believe. Also the leaflet mentioned the mini fridge and that it was stocked - it was empty. A little noisy in the morning, I could hear housekeeping knocking on people’s doors that had checked out and this was around 8:30.
