Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and good value for money, especially given the convenient subway access to Manhattan. The breakfast is generally appreciated, though some guests note limited variety or replenishment issues. While the location is close to public transport and offers easy access to Manhattan, the surrounding neighborhood is often described as rough or less desirable, though most guests did not feel unsafe. Some minor issues with noise, parking, and isolated service lapses were mentioned, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
