Budget closed out the bill 30 hours after we dropped off, resulting in several hundred dollars of extra charges. I had to call for an adjustment but have to wait 5-7 business days for a case manager to review the case, even though it was clearly a mistake on the part of Budget.Reviewed 11 Sept 2024

Despite having no cars available/clean/ready to rent, Budget continued to take reservations for new car rentals. The guy at the counter said it would be "at least 30 minutes" til a car was ready but could offer no more details. I asked how many people were ahead of me and he said 15! There were many people there who had waited much longer than 30 minutes. I finally got a call about a car 2+ hours later. By then I had already given up and taken a taxi to my hotel, and a taxi to dinner. The rental ended up costing me $50 more than it should have due to the costs of the taxis and a lot of unnecessary hassles. I will not rent from Budget again.Reviewed 14 June 2024

Gave me an EV to travel in the mountains. Representative told me it would be no issue as there was a charging cable in the car to charge it where we were staying. She offered to downgrade a car but pay extra, because she said there was a cord to charge it we decided to give it a try. Turned out there was no charging cable or adapter and was unable to use the car in fear of having no battery to get back to the airport and did not want to spend half a day driving back to swap it out or find and sit at a charger.Reviewed 26 Mar 2024

Pick- up and drop-off are in the terminal. The person on duty was very efficient and wait time was nominal. The car could have been cleaner. Inside of the windows hasn't been cleaned, ever? Very cloudy. Right front tire need air and the message that it was time for an oil change greeted me daily. The car was a hybrid Pacifica and drove very well, with gas mileage approaching 40 mpg! I waited for over an hour in line to receive the rental car. There were approximately 15 people in front of me in line and o my one person working at the counter. It was so slow. Mini vans and sports cars (for an up charge) were all that was available for the majority of the line. I was able to receive a Dodge Charger - so huge!
