Only thing I'd like was the car. Everything else was below standard. Bad customer service over the phone and lack of communication for flight that arrive pass closing time. Need ways to check our vehicle after close. Had to cancel original reservation and book a Uber to get us to are destination. Had to rebook reservation the next day for more money the my original reservation. Overall not pleased with experience, customer service.Reviewed 28 July 2026

All was good and quick. Only odd item was the initial fuel level was 1/2 tank, so obligation was only to return with 1/2 tank. Although I went a few gallons over to 3/4 tank. Full tank departures are easier.Reviewed 27 July 2026

Pick up was okay, the car was blocked in but they adjusted it. Drop off was sloppy and disorganized, they don’t pay much attention to anything. Finally I found the person to drop off my car to and they wanted me to park the car, so it took awhile with how they had the cars double-parked but I could do it. The lady immediately bumped the door when she jumped in to check the mileage, even though I checked it out with non damage. Great staff at pick up counter though he was very professional and quick.Reviewed 27 July 2026

I was not able to get the car I reserved because an additional $3,000 was going to be held on my card on top of the $1,300 that the car rental and insurance (which I was forced to pay) was going to cost. It was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had and I will only rent from Sixt and Turo moving forward. They are the only companies that always provide a great rental experience and tell you everything up front so you know what to expect when renting the vehicle.Reviewed 27 July 2026

Easy to pick up and drop off. My only concern was the front wiper blades were useless as the old rubber had gone hard and the blades just smeared all the dirt and dust all over the screen when I tried to clean the window which wasn't very safe as the visibility was then awful.Reviewed 26 July 2026
