I purchased a premium rental car service from Budget through Kayak. When I arrived at my pick up location, my vehicle was not even on the property. When asked about an ETA I was not given one. I needed a vehicle immediately and the only solution was to use a vehicle that was just dropped off after I was at check in. Luckily the lady working was nice and cleaned the vehicle for me in a very short amount of time. It was not a premium vehicle like i requested and made me have to rearrange my travel plans due to the hour plus long delay. I was not happy.Reviewed 17 Aug 2026
