I ordered this booking 6 months ago, and I totally forgot about it. When I tried to find the booking, I couldn't find it, and had to make reservation with another source. It would be great if user would receive email notifications at least 2 weeks before reservations (and preferably 1-day prior and same day)Reviewed 6 July 2026

After completing my order on Kayak, I went to the enterprise location and was told there were no cars available although I was sent confirmation. I was not given any other options and I didn’t have time to seek a car anywhere else. Travel plans were ruined, I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with enterprise and kayak as my order was confirmed with no information that there may be an issue. Everything about my experience felt average, but the most frustrating part about it was the USB cable connection for the front seat. It is far too sensitive and disconnects easily. It is likely a faulty or damaged port. The pickup while on cruise control is unsafely slow.Reviewed 6 July 2026

They denied renting and did not accept the rental cover insurance that Kayak provided. I think I was duped by Kayak, Rental Cover and Enterprise where they charged me the insurance which the rental company did not accept and I did not get the car nor the refund on the insurance.Reviewed 4 July 2026
