I wanted a van and really needed a van. I got lucky that avis had a 7 passenger car because my only other option was a 5 seater or passenger van. Had that happened i would have been furious. I should not be worried about getting the vehicle i need when I book it in advance.Reviewed 17 Apr 2026

Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The lady who helped us was funny and kind. The Pacifica was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best fit for our family of 7 adults. Drop off was super quick and painless.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026
