Waited in line 30mins for my already reserved Truck. Staff was too busy laughing and talking with each other. Would disappear for 5-10 minuets behind a door then finally reappear (keys were in vehicles already). Then, when I got to the counter, find out the F-150 I reserved wasn't available . And they had no pick ups. Agent offered a Full size bronco, side if that's the best we can do, then so be it. Ask what color it is, he had no idea -_-. Went up the elevator to the buget desk to pick up my car, ask the staff what color the car was, again no idea. Told me to find it in the parking lot. Walked out saw a nice black full size ford bronco, Almost took that one, as we were about to get it some staff member in a vehicle rolled up and asked to see the paper slip and finally directed us to a not full size ford bronco sport.Reviewed 7 May 2025

First, the line at the counter was ridiculous. Should not take that long for people who reserve a car ahead of time. Secondly, the online quote was deceiving. By the time I paid at the counter it was double the price. For the price I paid I should’ve received something nicer than a basic Chevy equinox. Plus the car seats were junk. What a joke! Pick up and drop off was easy. The car didn’t come with a full tank, which means that when you return it, you always return it with more gas than you picked it up with. This always feels like a trick by the rental company to pass the cost off gas off to the customer.Reviewed 6 May 2025

The staff was fine. It was very busy and They had no cars I had to wait n line for an hour to get my car then when I got to counter. They gave me an economy car that was super smal. I had paid and rented a premium car. She said it would be another 45 minutes for the car I paid for. I feel like I wasted money and could have rented from another company that was actually cheaper and no wait.Reviewed 6 May 2025

The price at the time of booking and the price we payed when we picked up the car increased of 400%. They forced us to take the mandatory insurance (that was not specified when I booked). Then when we brought the car back, they checked it without us being there, and there was a little scratch that apparently wasn't there before, and they made us pay 400€ for this, although they will probably never paint it as it almost under the car and no one sees it. The lady at the desk at CLT airport treated me badly. She went from bubbles and buddies with the two previous clients. I think it was their ethnicity versus mine. I was promised and paid for an SUV and was put in a compact. She said none were available then back peddled and said I would have to wait if I wanted a larger car. When I got to the deck there were several SUV’s parked around me. I am a 300 lb Chinese American. I attempted to be pleasant and engage in a friendly manner and she never smiled. I did NOT get what I paid for and her service was awful. She treated the two black people before me totally different than I was treated. If you trace cameras back you can confirm this by her mannerisms and body language.Reviewed 4 May 2025
